PROS: The standout feature of this product is its interface, which simplifies the process of scheduling meetings for both my remote clients and coworkers.

CONS: The available customization options in the free version are somewhat limiting, which can be restrictive for someone like me who desires more control over the appearance and branding of the booking page.

PROS: Calendly is a comprehensive solution for all our booking needs. It comes with reporting feature, and the app can be customized for booking. Booking using this software is simple and easy. What’s more? It has a reliable website builder as well.

CONS: I don’t like that the software has limited options for managing inventory. Also, navigating with other features myself is impossible since they require help from customer support to work.

PROS: I found Calendly by accident after seeing it in someone's e-mail signature. What I love about this tool is how simple it is to access and its seamless integration with Google calendar. This makes client scheduling really easy to do without dealing with any fuss.

CONS: I find it a downer to see the free version with severely limited features. I perfectly understand the company needs to generate income but I now see myself using less of it now that I went from paid to free version. Calendly will attract morepotential users if they extend their free trial for a longer time period.

PROS: When we start using Calendly, all our scheduling processes have become much easier. As a company that needs to support clients most of the time, the software is a big help to make things a lot faster. It eliminates all the hard work of trying to connect with customers from different time zones and needing to send update emails on the taken time slots. This tool is perfect for us.

CONS: I don’t like that I still need to copy and paste details from our meeting manually. Although there’s a GMT integration available, I wish Calendly can be integrated with BlueJeans to give us more convenience.

PROS: Calendly is economical--it has a free version that is available for people with basic scheduling requirements. It's also great that it is easily configurable. For example, I can connect it with my Google Calendar without a sweat. By doing so, I can avoid scheduling conflicts, whether business or personal

CONS: I have been relying on Calendly for my scheduling needs for over two years now. So far, I have no problem with it so I'm fairly sure I will be using it for a long time.

PROS: The costless version of Calendly is the best thing about the platform because I can access its important features without shelling out money. I also like that it can integrate with my personal calendar so I can keep track of my business and personal appointments and avoid conflicts. Furthermore, Calendly is wonderful in that it is customizable. It lets me add custom fields so that I can ask customers to leave me their mobile numbers when booking appointments.

CONS: There is nothing to dislike about Calendly.

PROS: With Calendly, we don’t need to send emails to clients and wait for them to respond, which we usually do when scheduling appointments and meetings before. It is also great that they created apps for iOS, which is really big help. It makes sharing availability, viewing list of events, and canceling or rescheduling appointments easier.

CONS: I love everything about Calendly. This is good for those who are looking to make event scheduling faster and easier.

PROS: Since I have customized my Calendly link, I can easily remember it and share it with anyone when needed. It also helps that Calendly allows synchronization with Google Calendar, which keeps me updated about new events or activities in real time.

CONS: Calendly serves a notification every time a new client sets a schedule for a meeting. This is not regular, though, since the app fails to do so at times.

PROS: Calendly has changed the way I schedule meetings. Because of it, my availability is updated automatically so I do not have to check for open time slots manually anymore. Also, its integration with G Suite has let me share my calendar with other people easily so that they can choose a time that works for them.

CONS: The free plan has limited features but the paid version opens up a host of wonderful tools.

PROS: It gave my clients a chance to set a schedule that works for them according to my free time. This makes for mutual scheduling. My clients find the UI impressive and its ease of use. Most people whom I've had scheduled meetings with are now using this tool for their own business.

CONS: It would be cool to have additional functionality in the mix like payment collection for scheduling appointments as well as further customization.

PROS: Calendly is a true timesaver when it comes to setting up meetings with customers. I only have to send my calendar link to them and they can choose a time that is most convenient to them. My clients even enjoy the app because of the minimal effort required to schedule a meeting.

CONS: I like to change my settings for my events but I have to apply these changes manually to all. It would be nice if there is an option for bulk actions.

PROS: Calendly has been my go-to scheduling solution for over two years now. Lately, the app has undergone revolutionary changes that elevated the user experience. With its latest updates, I can now add multiple names to an appointment slot. What's more Calendly has allowed the sharing of time slots to people, which is better than sharing a link.

CONS: While the capability to share time slots is awesome, it only works well when the customer or prospect is in an advanced time zone. If the potential client is in a later time zone, they end up seeing only the options that might be early morning for them. This is something that Calendly should work on--they have to give users the chance to select a time zone for better scheduling.

PROS: It's a highly valuable tool for setting up scheduled meetings. I've been receiving a lot e-mails from individuals saying how favorable this tool was for scheduling. I find Calendly to be a lot more efficient as opposed to taking things back and forth with people and manually sending out calendar invites.

CONS: No doubt this tool did me a lot of good. But if there's one thing that I really want with Calendly, it's using it for my product demo scheduling instead of leaving it embedded on its official webstite.

PROS: It's a simple tool with fantastic user interface that's pretty much straightforward. I used to deal with TimeTrade back in the day. I found out that it was a really expensive approach (costing me thousands of dollars) compared to Calendly (where I only have to pay a few hundred dollars yearly). Looking back, TimeTrade had a terrible UI. Calendly is the complete opposite of all that.

CONS: I thought this tool was a powerhouse with additional integration for Marketo. Since I've yet to make use of it for a 1-on-1 interaction with another person's calendar, I wish I had the ability to set up different event types simulateneously. We were able to get around the issue by means of accounts made separately (which we found extremely annoying).

PROS: Anyone can easily set up a schedule straight to my calendar without having to deal with constant e-mails. I really feel I'm able to get through a lot more people through setting a schedule with me (especially in lukewarm scenarios). They love the convenience offered in clicking on a link.

CONS: Whenever I have someone cancelling my appointment, the older appointment schedule would come up on my updated calendar. It may likely be the way I put up my calendars (I currently work on several linked Google calendars).

PROS: What I love about Calendly is how it lets people set up their own schedule without having constantly e-mailing you and determining which ones work and which ones doesn't. Anyone can look in your calendar and see when you're open for a meeting. The tool is easy on the eyes especially for those who haven't tried anything like it.

CONS: This tool can be a bit confusing intially when dealing with ways to block certain time slots. But once you get the hang of it, it becomes straightforward.
