Churchteams Review

PROS: One thing that I love about this program is that this is mostly cloud-based. All I have to do is to log-in online, and I will have everything I need on its dashboard. The developers are also constantly updating Churchteam's features so I don't have to worry about an obsolete program. To top it all off, it's a relatively cheap tool too.

CONS: The reports can still be improved, if you ask me. And because its platform is mostly online, it can take some time getting used to. Additionally, the support team isn't always thorough with their solutions. They often suggest a work-around on most issues rather than solving the root of the problem.

PROS: First of all, the Text-to-Church feature is really worth looking into. It makes communication so much more convenient. With it, users don’t have to go through so many extra steps just to confirm their attendance on church events and programs. On the side of the admin, keeping tabs of the attendees are so much easier too. As a cherry on top, this tool is backed by a great team of customer service reps too.

CONS: What’s not to love? I don’t have any issues with Churchteams at the moment.

PROS: I think that Churchteams’ support team deserves special mention. They have been very helpful and are always ready to respond to any issue or comment that I would send their way. I feel valued as a client, a rare thing in this fast-paced industry. As far as the tool itself is concerned, I love how it really opens up communication between its users.

CONS: It would be nice if the developers would add more tools to Churchteams’ toolbox. This is not so much as an issue but a suggestion, of course. At the end of the day, we have determined Churchteams to be the best fit for our community.

PROS: I really love how user-centric this program is. It seems to anticipate my needs and is highly customizable based on my preferences.

CONS: There are no complaints from my end. In the rare chances that I do encounter issues with this tool, I am always rest assured that their support team would be able to help me out right away. They have even gone as far as to tweak the system just to give me a better experience. Really impressive, if you ask me.

PROS: One thing that I really love about this tool is its flexibility. The developers really pay attention to their users’ needs and suggestions. If you send them a message with a complaint or a suggestion, you can expect them to roll out changes as soon as they are able. It’s very impressive and validating, to be honest.

CONS: I don’t have any complaints with regards to this tool. I would, however, appreciate it if it would be easier to edit the information that we have on our church members. Divorces and name changes are unavoidable so it would be useful to easily update contact details.

PROS: This is one of the most customizable tools in the market. I’m really impressed with its features, and even more with its support team.

CONS: The graphics are not as modernized as I think they should be. But this doesn’t really hamper with its uses so it’s not so much of a big deal for me.

PROS: I really love how user-friendly this program is. With it, I can easily find the data that I need right away.

CONS: Nothing. This is an awesome tool, backed with an even more awesome team.

PROS: Churchteams provides a really good value for our money. It is equipped with so many features that I find extremely helpful. One such feature is their Church to Text feature. On top of this, they have a well-organized, robust team supporting the program too. They really know how to address questions and are really well-versed at what they do.

CONS: Other than the fact that they have a slightly outdated looking graphics and layout, everything works pretty fine. This has more to do with personal preference, more than anything, actually.

PROS: Churchteams provides really good support for keeping our community members active. Through it, we can easily follow-up on them and engage with them. So far, this has encouraged a lot of our members to continue their ministry in church. They can also easily choose which programs they want to support. Overall, I really love how Churchteams keeps our community working together harmoniously.

CONS: The graphics and the environment looks a little bit outdated. I wish that developers would roll out a newer-looking version soon.

PROS: I love how easily customizable Churchteams is. This has provided really good support to us ever since day 1. It is the perfect mix of function and affordability, two things that we are really conscious of in our community. Plus, they have a really good team of customer support too.

CONS: As with practically any IT solution available in the market, it takes a little while for most of our church members to understand the program fully. But once they put in the effort to understand the functionalities, everything just comes easy after.
