Cleverbridge Review

PROS: Before I worked with other platforms like it. The biggest difference is their support. They were amazing from the get go. There was never an inquiry or request that they couldn't answer and find a suitable solution for.

CONS: From time to time, their financial system fraud detecting capablity can be too restrictive. This caused a lot of issues with our loyal customers. We badly miss their confidential payment methods (ex. Paysafecard).

PROS: I love the ability to customize the cart into Cleverbridge’s platform, I can create it the way I want or I can take their layout recommendation according to my idea. Every 3months I get Quarterly Review with the account manager and we are able to get some fresh ideas from it. I often use the MVT campaign feature, it splits the tests between the layouts and prices effortlessly. I have to say that their customer service team is great, really helpful and always responsive. They always communicate with us and they know how to listen our requests and suggestions.

CONS: It would be great if they could shorten the time for the cart layout, because it takes 2 weeks.

PROS: I like the cart customization of cleverbridge. Compared to other platforms where the layout of cart pages are almost the same, cleverbridge is able to utilize a cart layout based on one's own design. Even better, they give a layout advice for you based on your idea. I also like how they approach all their clients.

CONS: There's one aspect that needs improving. A cart layout would take around a couple or so week. It'd be nice if they can shorten that time frame.

PROS: clevebridge in itself is one heck of turnkey platform. When we started making our own website, even the most basic e-commerce functionality entailed development cycles. We had to compete fiercely for resources with othe groups. Thanks to cleverbridge, we now have accessibility to a ton of functionality.

CONS: It'd be nice if cleverbridge became a registered business in all U.S. states. It would've boosted my department store's confidence they need to completely take on liability. Unfortunately, we couldn't land a turnkey e-commerce platform registered throughout the country. So having cleverbridge was a very good thing to have at the moment.

PROS: CleverBridge is an important solution for our business. When we started with our business and our own site, we needed some basic ecommerce features to develop the cycles. We didn’t have support and some useful features to run our business. And then, we found this program and offered us great set of features right away. It provides quick response, page load time and cart execution to everywhere in the world. Its customer service team provides us with professional service at no extra cost.

CONS: I don’t have dislikes but I do have an important suggestion for CleverBridge, I would be happy if this product was registered in all 50 states, thus, we would have more confidence to take on full liability. I cannot find other solution that will provide me these kind of services and set of features as CB.

PROS: cleverbridge has been a big upgrade from the other system that we used. The customer-facing service is nothing short of excellent. It's a jump from our older storefront-and-backend platform. Converting currency is a thing in the past as it's precise in terms of its current rates.

CONS: There were certain customers who had a hard time making use of coupons. They struggled with other things as well. But then again. This could be an isolated incident for users.

PROS: I was able to accumulate the best of both German engineering and American client service in my years of suing cleverbridge. We love its robustness. We appreciate its versatility. Their attention to detail is flat out amazing.

CONS: At the moment, nothing major. But I can recall a couple or so years back, there were system outages that was a bit bothersome. I was still on the fence as to whether or not I should stick with cleverbridge. Fortunately, that issue hasn't resurfaced in awhile.

PROS: cleverbridge has a platform that's state-of-the-art. It's excellent in terms of functionality. They're constantly enhancing their capabilities. They're management team and support are tremendous in a lot of ways.

CONS: At the moment? Nothing. Whatever it is they're missing, cleverbridge will always work on it.

PROS: I have 4 years wonderful experience with CleverBridge, it is compilation of German engineering and wonderful US customer service. We love the flexible and friendly design of its e-commerce platform, we get thorough client service by the CMs, and even the best service from their support team. I am really happy we choose this product, it’s the best decision we’ve ever made.

CONS: Nothing to dislike. At the beginning I was a little frustrating on how to run this program and it made me think whether I made the right decision or not, but as I said this is the best decision I’ve ever made. Everything works fine.
