CONS: I impressed by reports! That we can dowload even screenshots. Reports weren't automated but now they are! So no complains

Live Chat Monitoring:CleverControl provides real-time monitoring of live chats, allowing us to ensure that our employees are communicating professionally and respectfully with clients and colleagues. 5. CONS: While CleverControl is an exceptional tool, there are a few areas that could work better. One aspect that could be improved is the user interface, which can be a bit overwhelming for first-time users. Additionally, the setup process can be time-consuming, especially when configuring the various settings according to our company's requirements. Overall, these minor inconveniences do not outweigh the benefits that CleverControl brings to our company.

The email monitoring, real-time monitoring, inactivity monitoring, reports, live chat monitoring, social media monitoring, screenshots capture, web usage analysis, and internet filters are incredibly useful for tracking and managing employees' activities. Additionally, the work time tracking, keystrokes recording, messages supervision, and blacklisting websites features help ensure productivity and prevent any misuse of company resources.

CONS: While CleverControl is an impressive product, the interface could be more visually appealing. Additionally, it would be great to have a mobile app fro Android for easier access and monitoring on the go (there is only the one for Apple).

PROS: The software is very helpful when it comes to employee monitoring. It has many features that helped me control my staff when I worked as HR-manager. The program shows all keystrokes and chats, all search queries and browser history. It can also record a video and audio with the help of computer webcam and mic. Besides, it has reliable time control system and can show you who's always late and who works overtime. It helped me a lot when I needed to analyze the efficiency of the staff.

CONS: Well, once I had an issue with the software, live viewing didn't work. I contacted their support team and they helped me solve the problem.
