What Problems Will CONREGO Solve?

Scenario 1: A client wants to know if his employee has attended any training sessions or if the only thing they attended was the open bar.

With CONREGO Access Control module, your employees have to go through a checkpoint (a person armed with a laptop or a tablet and a code reader) at the door and have their codes scanned whenever they enter or exit the venue. You benefit from this in at least two ways:

– you can check if that attendee has access to this lecture (if they checked it during registration),

– you have the information about when they entered and left the lecture, giving you knowledge about the time spent at the lecture. Now you can tell your client about their employees’ engagement at the conference.

Scenario 2: A company has a database of potential attendees that they want to invite to their event and they would like to know how many will come.

This is a very important issue and CONREGO can help you with it, and add a little extra. Here is what you should do:

– First, import your database into the system in the Reports module. They will be marked as ‘imported’.

– Then, create an invitation email template you wish to send them. Remember to include a system-generated invitation link in this message.

– Configure the system so that attendees can choose to either accept invitations or reject them.

– Send the mailing to all the imported records with the Mailings module.

– Your database will start to segment into three groups: those who accepted, those who rejected, and those who have not yet responded. Now it is your choice what to do with this last group. You could leave them be, resend the invitations, or contact them directly.

Scenario 3: The registered attendees are late with their payments. Now you need to check payments due and contact the attendees daily.

WIth CONREGO, you can use the payment reminders and cancellation notice functions found in the Payments module. Using these two features, you can configure two email messages:

– Payment reminder – sent N days after the registration if it is still unpaid. Make sure that you place a repay link in that message. This will enable the attendees to make an online payment if something went wrong the first time.

– Cancellation of registration – as with payment reminder, you can set this message to be sent N days after the registration if it is still unpaid. This also triggers the registration to be given the ‘canceled’ status.

Both functions are automatic, so you no longer have to worry about collecting payments from your attendees. Of course, you still need to monitor your bank account in case you are expecting any regular bank transfers. CONREGO cannot track them so in that case you need to mark registrations as paid on your own.
