PROS: The extensive offering of templates and workflows just blows my mind. ContactPigeon has allowed us to create campaigns from scratch - campaigns that make sense to our customers and our branding as a company. It's flexible and it comes with a top-notch customer support team too!

CONS: The interface leaves some room for improvement.

PROS: The plethora of features that this marketing automation tool offers is quite impressive. Plus, the support team that they have been attentive and helpful too.

CONS: Easy to use and complete with comprehensive tools - what's not to like?

PROS: One of the best things about this product is that we can integrate it into our current eCommerce platform to create targeted campaigns based on our customers' activities. Some of the campaigns we've launched through ContactPigeon include cart abandonment emails and sales reminders.

CONS: The interface can be convoluted with processes and reports - a design update would be much appreciated.

PROS: ContactPigeon offers a comprehensive suite of marketing automation solutions.

CONS: No "con" immediately comes to mind.

PROS: The product itself is, hands-down, one of the most comprehensive marketing tools that we've used. On top of this, ContactPigeon also has top-notch staff. They have a team that takes customer support to a whole new level with their regular check-ins and tutorials. Thanks to them, we've reached our conversion goals number in record time.

CONS: Their design options for automated emails are a bit outdated, but nothing we can't work around with.

PROS: We focus more on email campaigns and the way that the editor is built allows us to easily create and customise our templates. A non-technical person can also create successful campaigns. Also we can create several email lists with automation options. Another feature we like and also use a lot is the landing pages in order to connect with our customers.

CONS: The platform is very easy to use.

PROS: As an ESP, I really love how easy it is to design, build, execute, and monitor the progress of the campaigns.

CONS: Don't have anything negative to say. The only thing is that I wish there's a way for us to save and reuse content modules that can be repeated over campaigns. Right now we work around it by copy-pasting the module source code. It's a not big deal but would add to the time saving during campaign creation. Aside from that, it's a fantastic tool!

PROS: ContactPigeon is equipped with a full suite of tools that every digital marketer needs. It's an all-in-one solution that you can use for segmenting your lists, automating your campaigns, and analyzing your reports. It understands your needs and offers enough flexibility for you and your marketing team to explore any and every possible scenario to reach your audience.

CONS: To be honest, ContactPigeon leaves very little to complain about.

PROS: ContactPigeon is an indispensable tool for someone like me who works solely on our company's email initiatives. It makes building, creating, and sending mailers a lot easier.

CONS: There's really not much to complain about. I do, however, wish that the program can make it possible for us to save templated modules that we can drag and drop from one campaign to the next. At the moment, we've been copying and pasting codes for each content module that we want to reuse, but it would be nice to reduce the number of steps with templated modules.

PROS: A platform with packed with tons of features to meet most of our marketing campaign needs. ContactPigeon has everything from email marketing, automated triggers, pop-ups, push notifications, segmentation and more. It's one of the few platforms out there that offer such an integrated feature set at an affordable price point - so excellent return on investment.

CONS: Steep learning curve. But once you're set up it's pretty straightforward. The platform also provides a dedicated support staff who guides you during onboarding to get the campaigns set up.

PROS: Ease of use, plenty of features and great customer service.

CONS: There is not really something to dislike.

PROS: We use ContactPigeon as a center of customer engagements across channels: email, SMS, push notifications, and personalization, and for various stages from demand generation to booking conversions with great results!

CONS: The robustness of ContactPigeon's features means that getting started takes a bit of effort and planning to get it going. You will need a well thought out visitor workflow - as all good campaigns need - with content and design that appeals. The good thing is that ContactPigeon has a team of experienced customer success consultants and designers who can help us execute many of the ideas.

PROS: We've been using ContactPigeon for over 2 years and have been extremely happy with it. It's exceptionally powerful yet easy to use tool for engaging online visitors and customers across their various stages of acquisition. The platform packs a ton of features such as dynamic popups, behavior tracking, segmentation, push notifications and email marketing in one integrated solution.

CONS: UI could be more friendly, but generally everything is great!

PROS: - Its eCommerce automations really work. It only took a few days to start generating sales. - It can be quite sophisticated allowing us to run more complex experiments - Very friendly and effective support team

CONS: - UI could be a little better. We really don't care that much though. Since it brings more and more sales that's all that matters.
