ConvergeHub has an App Store concept where lot of third party applications are integrated. The vendor is constantly bringing in lot of new applications all the time. ConvergeHub presently has Outlook, Quickbooks, Xero, Google Contact, Google Calendar, Google Mail, Twilio, Fonality, Docusign and many more. Pros: It lacks important features of a CRM tool compared to other CRM in the market.

Cons: The features of this software are very limited. Unlike Salesforce which offers multi-currency support and real-time visibility and many more features, this software is way behind considering the price it's offering which is a little bit expensive. It is also safe to say that this software can only be used by English speaking people since it doesn't support other languages. When it comes to third-party integrations, the choices are very limited compared to Salesforce. These make this app the worst option for CRM.

Pros: It has inefficiencies when it comes to accounting and its interface is extremely unfriendly.

Cons: This software is hard to use, there is a lot of places you need to click in order to get to where you want to be. Also, you have to go to multiple places to complete one task which takes too much time to do so. It has also limited ability to drill down into journal entries and to see prior transactions on a batch basis. There is also a problem in editing entered invoice information, it will not allow you to correct it. In short, this CRM is not worth to spend money with.

It is a slow pace CRM when it comes to updating, thus it provides information that is outdated or not valid anymore.
