PROS: on one side it's the ease of use – it feels like 5 min and you are "in". on the other side it offers a wide area of features (like "puplic" url dashboards) you can controll in many details that let's it also compete with much more complex and expensive solutions like tableau. but the best is their customer service – you are treated more than a friend than a customer. inquiries usually do not take days for getting an unmotivated answer but rather hours with fantastic availability of competent and very reactive people from datadeck
CONS: i really not see any serious downsides of datadeck
