I have been using the enterprise version for a few months after switching from Crazy egg. I have managed several large websites and specialise in user experience. Decibel insight offers a lot more than crazy egg but then you do pay a lot more. Form tracking, heat mapping and session recording come as standard and gives a very in-depth analysis of the a users behaviour.
The problem with this tool is that it is very buggy and often does not match up with Google data. The heat maps are dynamic and so the click and hover data is also inaccurate. I have not used other suites that offer the same wealth of tools as Decibel Insight so i can't compare exact like for like. But unless you are a full-time specialist, there isn't much point in upgrading from crazy egg if you already have it. If you need form analysis, there are a lot of other cheaper options out there, or even given a little effort, configuring GA to tracking forms, will be a better option.
One key thing is to ask yourself, do you really need session replays. Sure it looks cool and you can wow your boss with being able to watch a users behaviour on your site, but the reality of this is you, sitting, watching hours of recordings of the same page and noting trends. You'll end up back looking at the heat maps.
Having said this, the staff are very helpful and do genuinely want to help your business and make the product better.
So if you have time to help shape and improve the product then this is a great shout. However if you are looking for a more polished tool, then you will probably have to look to the aforementioned options for a fraction of the price.
