Delivra Review

PROS: With Delivra I can have an easy access to my contact list in a most meaningful way. I can target prospect contacts and record metrics for my marketing strategies. Its support team is excellent and responsive. They are always friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We love the drip campaigns, and this allows us to keep track on everyone who is active in our lists, so we can clean our contact lists and make more significant interactions.

CONS: I cannot text-wrap when I create emails. I use the drag and drop feature but I always waste my time in trying to manage the length of my email text. I faced some issues when I try to manage our segments. I would like to see an option where I can have an access of every contact in each segment and the ability to manage those segments.

PROS: Delivra is easy to set up, offers constant improvements and all these improvements made Delivra easier to run. You can find lots of videos, webinars and how-to trainings that will help you to customize the changes. You have various opportunities to increase your email marketing strategies without changing the email marketing software.

CONS: I feel like we don't use the full potential of the software

PROS: User friendly software. The creation of email templates is interesting and very easy to set up. Delivra offers great drag-and-drop feature so we can build our emails and we can even change the layout easily without losing the whole process and starting over again.

CONS: We don’t have any dislikes by now.

PROS: The drag-and-drop features are very easy to use, and they can be used by almost anyone, you don’t have to be and expert in IT. The mailing list is easy to set up, and the feature I like the most is the reporting feature, I can see the clicks and I can select my targets and put them into two classes of recipients.

CONS: The speed is very slow, and the thing is it’s not my internet speed because my other systems run perfectly. It takes so much time to send out an email. Also, I would like to see auto save features, and back button or undone option. There is an option to manually save the process but it would be great if there is an auto saver. It is frustrating and time consuming when you lose your project and ton of work and there is no way to undone the whole process.

PROS: The system is easy to use and very intuitive. You can easily upload contents and make it look more professionally. You get reports, and they will show you the number of people who are opening and clicking on the email you have sent.

CONS: I would like to keep the color palette and to use on other layouts. I don’t like to play the guessing game when it comes to choosing the background colors we use for our emails.

PROS: Delivra is user friendly platform that allows me to format and rearrange email list easily. When I don’t have time to create my own design templates I use the templates directly from this platform and my emails are ready to go. I love the interaction from the employees, they helped me with every single step, and they are always available for any questions.

CONS: When I started using Delivra I found out that it is a bit harder to format certain aspects of the message such as social media buttons, because they do not appear exactly on both Desktop and Mobile display.

PROS: Delivra has changed the entire process of creating and sending emails, now this process is easier and compares well with other market email software’s such as: Mail Chimp. All the features like drag and drop editor, mobile view, designing templates and many other improvements over the board, signing up form creating are amazing and incredible helpful.

CONS: Delivra still makes some updates, and I would like to see some things changed. Also, it would be great if there were more integrations with other WordPress plugins for example.

PROS: An ability to create sub-accounts immediately got our attention. We send more than 10 emails weekly between our employees and managers. With Delivra we know that our emails are getting to the right place and right people. This platform offers so many features that our members can easily read our emails and have an access to all the information they need, quickly and effortlessly. Also, you can even see how many times a person forwarded the email.

CONS: It takes so much time to learn about every feature. When I manage my team, I give a task to one person and he can take at least a week to learn how to run the program and then he can send emails. I’ve been using this platform for more than 5months and I think I still have to learn.

PROS: Delivra is very helpful, easy to use and intuitive platform. The information of how our email marketing strategies are going are at our finger tips. We use the Clickthrough HeatMap features that shows number of clicks on each link in email. This helps us where to place important content in emails and what links are more eye-catching to our subscribers.

CONS: I have had some problems when I start using the platform, I kept notes to remember where the things were located. But, they have made some changes and the platform is updated, it’s better now. I can easily navigate and set up the emails.

PROS: I constantly use the drag and drop feature for building the basic part of my email templates. There is an option included at the bottom of the emails to share it on social media. The reporting tool is very helpful and easy to use. Delivra offers report tool to keeps you informed on how many clicks are made, and everything is in a snapshot of the email, thus, you can see what parts were most interesting inside the email.

CONS: Sometimes when it comes to padding and buttons the editor can get weird. I have struggle with placing specific types of buttons at the top of the email. Before sending the email you need to taste various platforms.
