PROS: Quick- Completing my company's 1099 Misc only took a few minutes. Inexpensive- E-filing my 1099 Misc cost less that $5.00 with no monthly fees like other efile service companies. Good Support- I had a few questions after completing my 1099 Misc and got quick answers through online chat. They also have a FAQ section and email submission of questions.

CONS: They could wait before submitting my taxes without my permission. I was waiting to receive one more 1099 from a contractor before submitting my taxes when I received an email stating they submitted my taxes. Now I can't get a response from them and they don't have a contact phone number. Now I have to submit a correction!

PROS: it is easy to create a 1099-NEC. The site is nice and clean, and it appears to be a low impact way to create 1099's in a short amount of time....the unseen part is what happens if you make changes after you submit,then it gets dark. Helpdesk job is primarily to tell you to GRTFM.
CONS: anything you need to do AFTER you create the 1099 is cost prohibitive.

CONS: They could wait before submitting my taxes without my permission. I was waiting to receive one more 1099 from a contractor before submitting my taxes when I received an email stating they submitted my taxes.
