PROS: It works like a physical filing cabinet. You can drag and drop files in desired file drawers. It is very organized and needs less time to store your files as you don't have to label each one to find it easily. While labeling files is a good practice, with eFileCabinet, you can still easily locate files that you forgot to label. All its content is displayed with a mouse click.
CONS: Printing and retrieving documents can be slow if you have slow internet connection.

PROS: We can add multiple documents at a time. We can also remove and add access to certain file cabinets. It also has a deletes on store feature, making it easy access files even if you accidentally deleted it.
CONS: The desktop version doesn't allow the drag and drop function. You have to click through each step. If they could allow this, I really don't have anything to complain anymore.

PROS: I used eFileCabinet for more than a year now. It is very simple to use. This made our lives so much easier. We can ask our clients to upload their files on a file cabinet. This took off a workload for us. At the same time, we can also upload documents that our clients can download. If you're an admin, you get notifications whenever someone uploads a document, so you'll know what is being placed in each file cabinet. To top it off, it is cheaper than other softwares.
CONS: There was a time when I had to change my admin email address and it took a month for the support team to assist me. There are also times when file uploads don't notify in my email. Fortunately, it still notifies me when I log in to my eFileCabinet account.

CONS: They should improve the emails that they sent out to guests that need to access our files. From the email, they tend to think that there is a pre-assigned password even if there isn't any.

PROS: It helped our company a lot as it was able to store our files in an organized and secure manner. We can assign which memebers of the team can access a file and it allows structured file search and storage.
CONS: We encountered random failures after updates. There was even a time where we can't access the entire database. There was also a time when user permissions were gone so we had to reassign it. Fortunately, their support team is very helpful.
