EventMobi Review

PROS: EventMobi has lots of useful functions that we can utilize to help our business. It is very easy to use and install. I can also look back from previous data as it stores up your history. I can send registrants the link to register. Inside the link, complete details about the event including the schedules and the mentors will be provided in detail. Their support team is also very helpful. They are always ready to answer our inquiries. Furthermore, they always keep in mind our suggestions for future updates on the app.

CONS: I have no issues with this app because whenever we encounter a problem, they are quick to respond.

PROS: I've been using EventMobi for years now and I've never been disappointed. Since it's a web app, attendees won't have to download an app to register. This feature makes it great for international attendees. You can also customize designs. The widget is also a great feature that allows me to sell sponsorships. My sponsorship sale increased by 50% because of this feature. It's great! They also provide analytics so you'll really see the results.

CONS: The UI can still be updated. Other than that, I have no complaints as they have been very helpful to me whenever I encounter any problems.

PROS: I used EventMobi as a conference app for quite some time now. So far, I've only been getting great service. They always take our suggestions and make sure to implement it on the next update.

CONS: Surveys should be included in gamification. I think this will be useful information for both EventMobi and us, as clients. We can get the necessary info we need from our attendees.

PROS: It has a simple navigation process, Despite this, it still gives you the best results - from the app production to reports. Since it's customizable, you can really make the look and feel of the app your own.

CONS: Its gamification feature can still be improved. Its leaderboard only shows a few people. It'd be better if they could list more so that we can get a better sense of the competition.

PROS: It has an awesome interface that is easy to use. I don't need to be knowledgeable in coding to be able to customize the look of the app. As a result, our attendees can easily engage with the app.

CONS: I have no complaints. Their services are top-notch. I've been pleased with it so far.

PROS: It has a useful online app designer feature that allows you to make changes as needed. The live screens are also a big plus. Our attendees love this feature as they can keep updated with the event.

CONS: The UI can still be improved. It is still very basic. It also has limited integration with MemberSuite. We can only use it for polling results. Making changes in MemberSuite doesn't readily reflect in EventMobi. This can be quite difficult if we want to see the changes reflected immediately.

PROS: Exporting data is very easy. The app is also very flexible and easy to use.

CONS: Some features that I was looking for is not available yet. However, they are very open to recommendations. Their support team tries to accommodate what we suggested on their next updates.

PROS: Superb support team. They were able to explain what we needed to operate the app thoroughly.

CONS: Since changes were made in Google Play and Apple Store, this has also caused problems in our EventMobi app. They should fix this to avoid problems for future clients.

PROS: You can easily customize and make changes to the app. It gives you a good user experience as everything happens in real-time so you don't have to wait. They also have templates that I can utilize for my events.

CONS: Their multisession codes need improvement. Since attendees are assigned a code with many numbers, it can be hard to find a specific attendee in a group meeting.

PROS: I can easily add files and update the app according to my preference. This is extremely useful as we are able to cut down the documents we print whenever we are at a meeting. It's also great how it's easy to use that even attendees who are not tech-savvy can easily use it. As a result, most of them voted to continue using the app moving forward. Their support team is also good as they are very hands-on when it comes to our needs and inquiries.

CONS: The importing templates are not intuitive. I'd also love it if we can set-up groups in the attendee lists so we can send targeted alerts to them.

PROS: It's like you're creating your own app, but at a cheaper price and with an easier process. If I need help, I can just ask their customer service and they'd immediately help me.

CONS: There are some limitations, but overall I like the app.

PROS: It has great digital support that really helps and guides you as you learn how to use the app.

CONS: Live TED results in ppt don't work. This is a bit disappointing as TED surveys should be a key feature in EventMobi.

PROS: Easy to use with a great support team. It has a live chat option that you can use when you need immediate help. It is also updated yearly so you can expect great improvements with the app.

CONS: Nothing I dislike except It'd be great if you could be the admin of the app instead of logging in in the browser first.

PROS: For the past 10 years, we have tried much different application and so far, EventMobi is the best. It has a very reasonable price and has excellent customer service.

CONS: I gave my suggestions to their support team and they were able to respond accordingly, so I don't really have any significant dislike for this app.
