Favro Review

PROS: I like how Favro was designed because it's simple and efficient, adding as much information as I like and still be accessible by my team.

CONS: None at all, but to be fair I have only been using this for a little over three months.

PROS: I love that I can use Favro anywhere I am and it doesn't lag. It works on my desktop and mobile devices on any operating system. I got started when I did the free trial, and I continued because I liked the balance between its functionalities and how easy it is to use. There are more functions to play with and it's easy. The customer support team is also great because they are quick to respond and are multilingual.

CONS: It would be great if the Favro team can focus on improving each feature, one at a time, instead of doing so much all at the same time, especially for the enterprise group. Upgrades can be difficult because of the cost difference. It would also be great if we can integrate with other tools, like a single sign-on tool that meets our team's needs, which could include being able to manage some users with special requirements. Or integrations with Miro or GitHub. Public dashboards that don't require logins would also be awesome.

PROS: I like being able to simple drag and drop cards and tasks because the UI is excellent.

CONS: It would be great to be able to use the mobile app just as easily as the desktop version.

PROS: I like that with Favro, our workflow is automated so all cards and boards exist where they're needed. We can track our progress in shared goals across teams and departments. Our data is also stored in the cloud and it's safe, and it enables us to work remotely because it has both desktop and mobile versions that work on pretty much any OS.

CONS: Sometimes it can get really complicated, especially with large teams because of the size of the structure and workflow to get a project accomplished.

PROS: It's easy to use because it's intuitive. The UI is both simple and reliable for robust features, so we are being streamlined across the company. And when we have questions or concerns, Favro's support team is always there to help us out.

CONS: Nothing at all. I am being so productive with Favro, unlike when I used similar tools. It's so clear that it's the perfect tool for me and my team.

PROS: I like that Favro is so easy to integrate into our company's workflow. We're able to collaborate more within the team and across other departments. It's user-friendly and flexible to what each team needs. We're able to share it across teams. It's also easier to teach those who are using it for the first time and they even come up with new ideas on how else to utilize Favro. It's simple to use, and yet has a lot of advanced features that are very flexible in the sense of how to use it. Favro's API is also easy for backend development.

CONS: I wish the filters could be more flexible, like excluding common words or exporting. The board workflows could also use an upgrade in terms of what can be updated to make it a lot easier to use the tool.

PROS: It helps our team easily set up projects and roadmaps. It also helps us deal with backlogs. I've used other platforms, but nothing quite like Favro in terms of an abstract approach to project management.

CONS: It would be great to have more viewing options because I find myself zooming out of my desktop or laptop. The lanes could also be shown in a better way using the My Cards option.

PROS: I like being able to list tasks according to priority because this keeps me effective and practical. I also like being able to organize the whole project from development to execution using the tools from Favro.

CONS: It would be helpful to be able to make changes to notes we've placed a lot more easily. The tendency when we make tweaks is that the tool becomes very slow, even when just exchanging the placement of the notes.

PROS: I like that Favro is all about constant improvement. They keep rolling out updates that improve the performance of the platform and tools that help make our work lives better. The platform has in-house features and tools that competitors would normally outsource. There is support available for all third-party apps you need. Their customer service team is the best because they always respond to the advice I can use. They also listen to adding features, and all Favro users get to vote which one to prioritize. It's fun and Favro is the best.

CONS: I don't have anything specific because Favro is always improving its services. Great job to the Favro team.

PROS: I like being able to access various dashboards, whose progress we can track because we can see the data that we can rearrange in various ways.

CONS: I wish we can edit the access rights for each board according to the kind of users that have access. This will allow us to limit access for those who could, for example, be using it for the first time.

PROS: This is a very long list! My projects are easier to keep up with, so I don't have to worry about forgetting deadlines and other project-related items especially when many people are involved in it. Favro ensures we're all aligned and making full use of Favro for project management. We don't need to depend on emails which sometimes get lost among many others. This helps us stay on top of everything.

CONS: It would be great to see the projects according to deadlines and timelines.

PROS: I'm able to quickly create cards and being able to customize the kanban and personalize cards within seconds because I'm able to organize everything a lot faster and with more ease.

CONS: It would be great for the help desk to have a sort of ticketing system. Being able to move cards apart from the drag-and-drop way would be helpful. Also, it would be great for Favro to integrate other popular tools, such as the Google Suite.

PROS: I like that Favro is fast, reliable, and flexible. We're able to collaborate across teams so we're more efficient.

CONS: It would be great to be able to preview files that I attached to the cards.

PROS: I like the interface because it's cool yet simple to use. I'm also able to customize the projects because it's user-friendly and I'm able to interlink related cards across various projects and avoid duplication. I'm able to create my templates and even new cards with specific tags and people who have access to specific tasks.

CONS: I got really confused the first time I tried it and the tutorials helped a lot. The mobile app could be improved too, and if they can integrate a documentation system, that would be even better. Overwriting files could also improve so I don't have to delete an old version every time I upload a new one.
