PROS: This tool is so user-friendly, and I really like how it allows users to add comments to the notes. I also really appreciate how flexible this tool is. I can send out a text or an email, depending on what I need for the situation.

CONS: Quite frankly, this tool ticks all my boxes. I don't think there's anything about it that needs improvement.

PROS: One thing that I found really useful with this tool is how scalable it is. I can easily make larger groups or divide that group into smaller ones. Hidden groups and subgroups are also easy to do. This is a great thing because volunteers feel empowered, but I still get to supervise what they are doing and ensure that there is a unified and single source where the messages come from.

CONS: I think this tool could really improve these language options. I have had to make the texts bilingual -- English and Spanish -- myself, and it ate up a lot of my time. If future versions had an option to make this easier, that would be really great, especially now that there are a lot of parishes who cater to a diverse group of parishioners. They could start out in Spanish and if they manage to make that work they can maybe work on other languages as well.

PROS: I and my organization only started using this tool recently and I have to say that I am very impressed. For one thing, their Happiness Engineers really helped me out when I was just starting out with this and ensured that any issues I had were resolved. They really went above and beyond and I absolutely appreciated that. The tool is very user-friendly, and we've been able to really utilize its text-to-join response system since it is so user-friendly. We've also been able to add three more keywords on top of the one that came without original pricing since changing, creating, and making these keywords available to our congregation is so easy to do.

CONS: Initially, I had some trouble when I first started out using this tool. But like I said, the Happiness Engineers were so helpful when it came to training and familiarization that I was able to get the hang of the tool in no time. The Happiness Engineers and Welcome dashboard were really big help. Now that I've been using it a little longer, I do hope that I can be helped when it comes to utilizing the tool's Unolytics feature since analyzing user participation and our products would be very helpful in figuring out where the strengths of our organizations lie and what our weaknesses are.

PROS: This tool has taught me a number of things and I appreciate it because of that. It has taught me how to be concise and clear when I communicate. It has helped my organize my communications, so that I can send messages without having to worry if I am disrupting the recepient's schedule. At the same time, the tool also lets me receive feedfback as well as answer any questions thrown my way.

CONS: I don't hate anything about this tool, but I do wish that future versions would allow me to send a picture. Instagram has been one of that ways we've been disseminating our events and it would be really helpful if we could use this tool to reach people who don't use social media that often.

PROS: One thing that I really like is how user-friendly it is. Even members of our staff who aren't necessarily the most tech-savvy people have ended up becoming adept at text sending, email sending, and multi-tasking. Now they don't just use their email, they have fully utilized this tool as a way to reach out and send messages to their ministries. The different ways that this tool helps us to communicate and connect is something that we also really appreciate. Aside from the ability to send messages either as text messages or emails, we can also go to the tool's website and see not just the original message, but also the replies to it. If we don't this seen by the public, we also have the option to mark these replies as private. On top of that, we can also embed videos, conduct polls, and even put up Lenten reflections.

CONS: I think the way they manage contacts could be improved. Currently, it takes a lot of manual work to remove multiple contacts from one group. This is exacerbated when you're working with literally thousands of contacts. Imagine having to remove maybe hundreds of name from a marketing piece you're sending out via email. This takes up so much time and would really be solved if there was a way to just remove a large number of people from a specific group. If they come up with something like that in a future version of this tool, that would be greatly appreciated.

PROS: I'm pretty skilled when it comes to using email service providers, and I have to say that I keep coming back to this tool even if I know other ones have integrations and deeper analytics. A large part of this is because I find this tool is so user-friendly. Thanks to this tool and how easy it is to use, I can easily find our messages in a single location. Communicating with parishioners during the weekend can be done so easily now, and as a result, events have seen an increase in participants. It has really changed how we do things in our organization and I really can't see myself using something else other than this tool.

CONS: I do have to say that this tool crashes a lot. If it's not doing that, it works really slowly, even when I am using it on Chrome. It's a really big issue when I need to send an important text message or note.

PROS: There are a lot of similar services, but I have to say that this is one that is really worth the price tag. I am able to use this wherever I am, and it also makes it easy to get in touch with recipients and ask them if they want to continue receiving messages. All in all, a really awesome tool.

CONS: Don't get me wrong, the tool is really easy to use. But I think the app/mobile experience can still be improved in future versions.

PROS: I really like how this tool is effective AND user-friendly. Even people who aren't that tech-savvy can grasp how to use this. It's also really affordable, especially when you consider how many features this tool has. Before I ended up with this, I had been looking through dozens of church texting tools and this was the only one that really had everything that I needed -- from multiple features, affordability, numerous administrators, and user-friendliness. I can really see myself using this on a daily basis.

CONS: My only wish for it is that it could be easily synced with other software programs used for church management. Other than that, I frankly can't think of anything else that needs to be improved.

PROS: What I really like about this tool is how it empowers our different ministries to run their own email lists, while at the same time allowing the church to oversee everything from a larger list. Through this, we can also help them out should any problems arise.

CONS: In general, there are more positives than negatives when it comes to using this tool. I really think that if they are going to improve on anything, it is on their core offering of email messaging since branching out into other areas might stretch them too thin.

PROS: Thanks to this tool, I have now become more efficient since outgoing text messages can be scheduled in advance. I also like its flexibility, since it allows me to send messages to my community in the method they prefer, whether that's email or text messaging. It has also helped me to reach out and contact a much younger demographic than usual. It's a big help when you're working with a diverse community, and also helps in turning that community diverse as well since I can now reach more people.

CONS: Honestly, the biggest problem I encountered was not with the tool but with the older members of my community. They had to be convinced to use text or email.

PROS: There are so many things that I can praise about this tool. First off, texts and emails can be sent out at the same time, and the process is so simple. This tool also provides me with the option to send out a mass text if the people I'm trying to reach would prefer it that way. I also love how easy it is to make groups out of my contacts. Adding them to groups is easy, and so is creating and naming a group. I'm not the best person when it comes to aesthetics, but this tool helps me out even with that. It also keeps me on top of things, since it allows me to see who has read my message or not. I also really appreciated how effectively and efficiently their customer support team works.

CONS: So far, my issue with the tool has been my inability to add more customized fields to it. To be fair, the customer service team immediately contacted me and guided me on how I could turn extra fields on. It worked out, but I still do wish that I could still add more customized fields so I could make the tool act more like a database. That said, what I do have now works very well for me. If they do decide to work on my suggestion in future versions, that would be great!

PROS: I really like how emails and texts can be scheduled in advance. On top of that, I can also reply to those communications and that is something that I really appreciate.

CONS: I've noticed that the numbers used to send our text messages are outside of our area code. Is this something I should be concerned about?

PROS: I really appreciate how this tool has made it easier for me to stay in touch with people. When I compose a text message or an email, the experience is really great since the interface is very intuitive. Because of this tool, communication with other people isn't just functional now, it is also creative. This has also really helped out with communication since the leaders in our group can no effectively connect with the people under them.

CONS: The only problem I've ever encountered is when two of my messages were not sent. Even then, customer service was quick to get in touch with me and provided me with a solution to my problem. Other than that, this tool has everything that I need and I can't think of anything serious to complain about.

PROS: Organization and efficiency are the two things I've gained since I started using this tool. Updating notes that I sent years ago is now so easy to do since I can use this tool to quickly find them. This frees up hours of my day, quite frankly. I can also stay on top of things since the messages and communications I send out parents can be easily monitored. The note scheduling feature is also very useful. I can send out a note to parents even when I am busy doing something else, such as teaching.

CONS: I think the super search feature could be made more intuitive, because all the times I've used it is has brought up every single group message the individual person I'm looking for is involved in, making it really hard to search for one note in particular. I would also really appreciate if they allow users to upload videos from their computer, and not require an http://. As it is, uploading to Youtube is another step that we really don't have time to do. Having said that, I do know that the team is really responsive, and I hope that future versions of this tool will take my suggestions into consideration.
