PROS: Having used Goodday for many years, I love the ongoing improvements, new features and utmost attention to UI. Some of the things my teams enjoy the most are: easy to learn how it works, easy to import projects and tasks to get started, intuitive drag and drop interface throughout the system, complete visibility into work and collaboration with numerous views, everything can be configured and customized.
CONS: There are no problems we've experienced with Goodday, some users wanted to integrate with other tools and this was possible via Zapier which is great.
