GPS Insight Review

PROS: I can monitor everything by just looking at the system. I can easily update our clients where their delivery truck is, track drivers' performance and violations, track vehicle status (mileage, fuel, diagnostics, etc.).

CONS: I love GPS Insight. It is a great accountability tool.

PROS: I like how our agreement with them coincides with our plan for company growth, so it is a plus that we can renew our contract depending on the expansion needs. The software is easy to set up, and their support is knowledgeable about the product, diligent, and patient with us.

CONS: Invoicing is quite confusing at times.

PROS: The software itself is relatively easy to use and can be used even on phones. I can monitor our trucks and our driver's performance with GPS Insight. I can tell when they are speeding, stopping/having idle times, etc.

CONS: I don't think I have anything to dislike about this app.

PROS: A reliable tool for locating vehicles. We use this for emergency dispatch or sending a backup vehicle to a specific location. It is more reliable than asking the client/customer where he/she is, especially if they are not familiar with the place. The UI is relatively easy to use.

CONS: More options for Garmin units.

PROS: Easy to locate where our trucks are. I can provide a more accurate ETA to our clients without the need to call our drivers.

CONS: Everything is working well so far.

PROS: GPS Insight is the best tool to locate our vehicles and monitor their mileage! Their support is also helpful.

CONS: There's nothing to dislike about the software.

PROS: We can easily log and monitor each truck's location, diagnostics, maintenance schedules, mileage, etc.

CONS: We are still figuring out how to use it to its maximum capability.

PROS: Our account manager is always ready to help and goes beyond our expectations to provide us excellent service.

CONS: Each issue we encountered is handled with professionalism by our account manager and technical support team. I do not have anything noteworthy to put here as a con.

PROS: We can track everything through GPS Insight! I can pull up all kinds of reports. My favorite would be generating milestone reports—know the progress of our projects, the hold-ups, etc.—then provide updates and solutions for the problems that arise. The customer support is also quite impressive. They are always ready to help and know-how to fix the issues and readily give relevant answers to our questions.

CONS: I am yet to see a feature that I do not like about GPS Insight.

PROS: The system is customizable according to needs! We can be alerted immediately if problems arise, we can easily monitor everything, and we can easily generate reports according to our needs.

CONS: Fuel tracking is quite tricky after the switch from WEX Fuel to WEX/QT.

PROS: Excellent service! The system is always on, rarely has any downtime. Their support team is with you until the concern is fixed and always goes beyond expectations. Nothing more to say but excellent.

CONS: I wish eFleet could be on the same dashboard, the ability to send routes to drivers, the capability to take a picture of documentation at a lower price, have a more user-friendly messenger app.

PROS: Tracking vehicles, mileage, and locations. Easy to customize generating reports depending on the type of user.

CONS: It would help us greatly if they could also provide locations and tracking on off-road locations.

PROS: We have used GPS Insight to monitor every vehicle we have. We can see where they are, their records (maintenance and activities), etc. And because of that, we can efficiently dispatch personnel and vehicles faster than before, maintain maximum performance per vehicle, and reroute vehicles in case of emergency.

CONS: Nothing to dislike so far.

PROS: I love how it is also incorporated with Google Earth. GPS Insight is also easy to use and is continuously improving its services. Nothing more to ask for.

CONS: There is nothing I dislike about GPS Insight. I am a satisfied client.
