PROS: Since I'm a hiring manager, I like how I can directly collaborate with the team responsible for recruiting. If facing issues with a candidate or changes have been made for an event, they're all tracked in the GH. The scoring/notes system is easy to leran. GH is really good at keeping things simple, while keeping things open to customize the process of interview.
CONS: It's a struggle using it on a smartphone. If you intend in filling out a scorecard or look into a scorecard from another person, it can be a pain to read.

PROS: It's very intuitive and user-friendly. It's very effective to use once you installed. Greenhouse will make all your job easier to review in ATS.
CONS: Customer supports are not good. It takes a lot of time to collect responses through customer services. Everytime GH is required to be supported by virtual assistant. In the Reviews segment, GH wants to be less strict on how you use your computer. Enable users to do what they want to view the details on the monitor and make them know how the presentation was established if you want to go back to it after digging into the information.

PROS: I enjoyed the way that keeps me orderly maintain. All candidates details are put in one folder that easily available.
CONS: The functionality it can be a little confusing. This is not usually a negative idea. iIt's great to have a variety of diverse tools. It might just be a little difficult to have the response on how to do it. It also a good idea to be capable to rate the applicants.

PROS: User friendly and simple operating system. It's good that I can install my recruitment tools until I evaluate the candidate and received their job application and all the details I required. Through greenhouse the recruitment process makes more easier for me as an recruiter to have anything available. I also love how fast and easy it is to send a key performance indicators after the question and answer session. I just write down directly on the greenhouse during and after the conversation. After completing to fill up the scoring system provided by our Human resources department and uploaded the application to have the final result.
CONS: I can't easily reach out the previous candidates, but to be fair that might be more relevant to my business's admin settings. I also understand it's sort of expensive, and if the business isn't actively recruiting and aiming to satisfy high paying jobs, it might be difficult to justify the expense and generate enough ROI.

PROS: The software is very simple and intuitive. It doesn't take multiple of steps to maneuver, and the customer support is humble and informative. We can use conversation, and we also have a customer representative which is good. The mobile device software is great, although some of tool is not available. Every week they publish notices and updates. Source monitoring is installed and their compatibility with other tools is remarkable, including related aspirant application. Calendar tool is fantastic as it works with microsoft office.
CONS: Reporting is need to develop and update. There is no personalized reports are available, aside from for an additional cost. Thiugh the CRM is need to imorove so that it is not easy to identify what was sent to teams and until they are simply forwarded to the next level , which is determined by the user. There are no career notifications for potential or internal applicants. Calendar application does not permit to synchronized to be connected to Skype / Teams / GotoMeeting, etc., because of that we do it manually without using Greenhouse.

PROS: I love how I can monitor the hiring process whenever I refer someone as I receive referrals via e-mail to keep us updated. The process of adding a referral in the system is a really smooth.
CONS: There have been instances where the people I refer people aren't clear. It'd be a big help to have some sort of a multi-position option so making a single referral is easy.

PROS: GreenHouse isn't really hard to use. Its got a majority of the features you'll want in today's ATS. It functions reasonably well with online posts, referrals, and social media.
CONS: It lacks the overly easy-to-use referral medium for staff/employees like that of Lever. It so happens their LinkedIn and Chrome extension isn't as robust as I thought. But then again, I'm just nitpicking.

PROS: Greenhouse makes it a priority to make the user first and foremost in their design. It's simple to navigate and so easy to look at. Our process tends to be highly complex and they worked with us tediously to ensure we get everything needed, while retaining their design.
CONS: Whenever you run into a limitation with Greenhouse, you get hit. Hard. For example, you can filter individuals via candidate tags, but you lack the ability to filter candidates missing a specific tag. This is one functionality they badly need to add.

PROS: I love how the site appears to be organized. Having the ability to upload tax docs and form directly to Onboarding is fantastic. Google Calendar integration is a bonus since that's what we're also using.
CONS: We've had a number of contractors we want to exclude from our Greenhouse chart since they have tendency to frequently come and go. Right now, it seems there's no other way for it to not make it into our organization chart.

PROS: It's a UI that allows user to seek people for open positions, offer referral information, and be an hiring guide in luring new prospects into a company by word of mouth.
CONS: Being able to choose more than one position through one referral is recommended since there have been instances where a prospect could be a candidate for multiple roles.

PROS: The one thing that I like is the covenience of pulling up interview info from my smartphone. I also like having the ability to leave the application, provide feedback, and returning (and finishing) feedback without losing my work.
CONS: I wash hoping there would b an efficient approach to attaching docs and see them within the browser. At the moment, whenever I pull out a resume or see through a case study delegated to a certain candidate, I had to resort to a PDF download just so it can be opened. This is annoying especially when doing it through the phone.

PROS: It's easy for any end user to explore, do candidate ratings, monitor progress, and etc.. Auto-reminders have been a big help. Our recruiting team frequently praised it for making things simple.
CONS: When it comes to our own system, the links given to URLs end up not appearing as "live." We resorted to copying and pasting the each link to a web browser just so we can access them.
