IBM BPM Review

PROS: This is a great platform for managing workflows and processes. Developers find it easy to work with. IBP BPM continues to improve their product and recently released a version equipped with robotic process automation.

CONS: It can be quite costly to use as it requires huge servers along with many other resources.

PROS: This lets us skillfully manage data and identify improvement points in our processes. It is easy to work with and it helps boost our efficiency.

CONS: It would be better the platform will be equipped with full content engine integration.

PROS: This makes my job as a developer easier. I am able to perform tasks with a lot less time and effort. I also appreciate that it has a page control feature, among the other basic elements.

CONS: Choosing IBM BPM over open source solutions inevitably takes away the benefit of learning the latter.

PROS: This software offers users a complete set of features for their business operations. It also provides them with several options for customization.

CONS: It is easier and more efficient to work with BPMN services than BPEL.

PROS: IBP BPM is a reliable solution for project management and performance tracking. It also provides us with the data that we need for our business decision-making process. We are able to assess how we are doing as a company and determine the steps that we need to take to do even better. On top of all these, it serves us with our cloud-based data storage. We are able to trust our safety of using it for this particular purpose.

CONS: I would have a better experience with this software if they would add a notification functionality. It would help a lot with tracking our activities.

PROS: IBM BPM is well-designed and has excellent features. It works well with third-party integrations and is great for debugging processes.

CONS: The load time of the admin portal is less than ideal.

Recent enhancements on its process portal made it possible for us to have more interactions and better workforce collaboration.

CONS: I haven’t encountered problems with regard to product use so far. I only wish the product would be slightly more cost-efficient.

What I like most about this software is it enables me to create MIL and implement a shared variable. It can be quite challenging to learn how to use it but it can be highly beneficial to do so.

CONS: Its performance can be compromised when working with several processes at once. It can also be quite challenging to learn how to fully navigate and use the platform.

PROS: This developer-friendly software comes with a lot of great features. It allows users to develop SOA-based business processes. With this product, businesses are better capable of comprehending workflows, determining improvement points, and making changes accordingly. I highly appreciate that their business solution development comes in modular form. It allows for full visibility and performance tracking. In a single interface, users are able to access dashboards, monitor activities and processes, and read cases.

CONS: There are times when the servers stop responding. I hope they will be able to resolve this issue soon.
