What is icCube?
icCube is an embedded analytics & data reporting platform build to perform advanced analysis and to embed dashboards in your own application. The high-performance data processing platform transforms data from common sources, or on demand custom sources, into understandable actionable insights. End-users are supplied with an array of out-of-the-box widgets that let them create customizable and notably responsive dashboards. Because icCube is built to seamlessly embed into other solutions, icCube enables you to graphically design dashboards from scratch by using Javascript, CSS and HTML or apply themes in the dashboard creator.
The solution consists of two interrelated modules: a pure Java-written advanced analytical server and a web-based reporting and dashboard environment. This allows the platform to be used independently or embedded in any of your applications, programs and solutions. All user interfaces are accessible from the browser which only requires you to install and maintain the BI environment in one single place. The responsive dashboards provide the ability to alter the representation in your widgets, per screen size. This means end-users will only see data that is digestible in a format, you see fit.
As with most business intelligence solutions, icCube can combine and transform data from multiple sources (SQL, NoSQL, Excel, Google, http, AWS, etc.) but goes one step further by enabling BI professionals to integrate advanced forecasting models by using the native Java and R integration. R is directly accessible from within any MDX query and is supported on both server side and in the dashboards.

The simulations they run are computationally complex and generate large volumes of output data. Users run simulations on their own schedule. With the Partitioning module that supports flat file data sources, anytime a customer runs additional simulations, we can quickly load the output data into an existing Cube without any additional pre-processing.
Most industry analysts are expert Excel users. icCube allows us to deliver simulation results to our customers directly in Excel. Using PivotTables, PivotCharts and PowerMap users are able to dynamically explore simulation results.
