Integrify Review

PROS: It's one of the most recommended platforms that can help create various workflows and long term solutions to your business problems. Integrify is a perfect choice for beginners because of the program's simple layout that is adaptable to most users.

CONS: We create notifications to implement awareness to the entire organization. Also, we want to make sure that everybody is on the same page regarding workflows and processes. However, it’s not that easy to create them, which I addressed with customer service.

PROS: Integrify is so simple; any employee can have access and learn to use the tool without significant issues. Everything you need can be found in its UI.

CONS: Creating workflows is a fun and enriching experience, but you cannot undo any content once you have uploaded it into the portal. Leaving you with no choice but to get in touch with the vendor.

PROS: A lot of employees have a big misconception about workflows. Most of them find it tedious and intimidating; that is why they are scared to create them. But using Integrify helps new users like me simplify the process, which makes it more encouraging to use.

CONS: Integrify comes with its pros and cons just like any app out there. One of the cons is that we encountered some problems while creating several workflows. As much as possible we would like to make it short, simple, concise, and comprehensive. However, there are instances that the workflow is too long that it would hardly fit the required page. The good thing is that their customer service personnel was able to find a way to fix the issue.

PROS: Using Integrify allows you to diversify things in the workplace by helping you create processes that will promote efficiency in the workplace. The tool helps employees feel more empowered to think outside the box, allowing specific innovations to unfold, making life more relaxed and less stressful. With a little bit of coding application and basic commands, you can do almost anything that you want with Integrify. Not all applications can give users this kind of satisfaction.

CONS: Since Integrify can bring many things into the table, I think that now is the best time for them to consider upgrading their user interface. This is to make it more suitable or convenient for most of its users. They should also look at upgrading the features of their reporting site to get more accurate numbers on a real-time basis, which is highly essential when it comes to making crucial business decisions.

PROS: It allows you to create your workflow. Unlimited customization is one of the best things that Integrify can offer to produce better outcomes. Plus, creating reports, online forms, and tasks are now made easy.

CONS: They should give users the visibility to look into the status of all pending tasks. Whether it's possible to create a new workflow or let go and think of other options.

PROS: Integrify is ideal for small businesses who would like to establish a process on how to get things done. There are pre-made workflows that can be used to simplify manual processes that take time to complete. If you have advance knowledge, the portal will also allow you to do customization, which will benefit your business operations.

CONS: I am glad that the vendor offers training to all new users to be familiar with the system. However, some topics are quite complex to understand in just one session. It would be better to teach us some shortcuts on how to find essential info within the app.

PROS: Thanks to Integrify I’m able to automate my business processes easily and efficiently. I’m able to connect many data sources and external systems. It allows me to create forms with its drag-and-drop feature. I have full audit and reporting. I can implement security and other features in order to create good workflow solution. I love that I can use this product from both desktop and mobile. It’s affordable and it has great customer service.

CONS: I cannot easily access data by external tools. It has lot of features but I find it hard to find the one I need.

PROS: It has great user interface. All we have to do is to use the mouse in order to set up the workflow and to use its dragging features on the screen. It takes less than 10 minutes to set up the system.

CONS: I have to say that the approval setup is not intuitive. They could improve some rules for time-based. The team behind Integrify should focus more on the customization of the program instead of the interface. Also, the custom forms need improved layout editor in order to control the look of the forms.

PROS: Integrify is a straightforward app where you can easily access the things that you need to get the job done.

CONS: Pulling up daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports need a lot of improvements. There are times where the figures are not readily updated, and the system slows down.

PROS: I love the ability to streamline the workflow with my team members. As a product manager, it can be really hard to manage a team of developers and designers. Thanks to its drag and drop feature I’m able to assign tasks at specific phase of the project.

CONS: The user interface needs improvements. I have used various software for CRM and project management and I believe that they could really work on the interface and its look.

PROS: Our team members love Integrity because of the simple GUI, it allows them to create the project requests easily and to get approvals of the escalate cases. It helps us to automate the process of documentation submissions for time sheers, to improve the performance reviews.

CONS: The forms seem outdated. It can be difficult to find features because the screen is cluttered. My complain is not about the features but the organization. It needs to be better organized.

PROS: It is flexible and it allows us to collect data from various sources.

CONS: It can be hard to use for small Districts because of the Personnel expenses. Also, I would like to make the existing processes more efficiently. They could even make the forms more user friendly and efficiently. It requires HTML, JavaScript, use of SQL and API.

PROS: We all know hoe process flow engines are complicated and hard to set up. But, this software makes the set up process easier. It is true that some features need improvements but for simple business requests automation they work perfect. I love how the rules are setup based on different criteria and field conditioning. I love audit trail feature, it helps to keep track of every change to the requests with timestamps and to make the change in real time.

CONS: They could improve their charts, dashboards and scoreboards. Some of them can’t be drill down.

PROS: This software makes our world simpler. We use it to simplify the workflow management system and to manage tasks and policies. It has lot of features but I love its drag and drop feature. The system is professional and makes your workflow easy to manage. All the data is stored into SQL database. We are able to keep track of our team progress when we deal with SLAs.

CONS: They need to improve the reporting feature.
