PROS: There are not really any good aspects to IQNavigator as far as I can tell. The best aspect at this point is that only one of my clients employ it.
CONS: The user experience is terrible. Submitting a candidate to a job requirement takes entirely too many steps. Once I have submitted a candidate, there is no way to view the submittal or the rate at which the candidate was submitted. If you make a mistake during a submittal and send it in, there is no way to correct the mistake short of having the candidate rejected and then resubmitted. Putting candidates into the system is also very clunky, with multiple tabs that have to have information added, and then you have to go to the final tab and save all of the changes every single time you want to make any changes to the candidate profile.
