PROS: The most notable thing about Justworks is its customer support. We can reach them through different means such as phone, Slack, and chat around the clock. The platform is something to gush about too since it is very intuitive and our employees do not have difficulties using it.
CONS: Justworks should provide more options for HR reporting. It should also improve its capability to compute monthly allowances in payroll because at the moment, we have to do it manually and it leads to plenty of errors. These are things that should already be standard in the software but Justworks fail at these.

PROS: What keeps us in Justworks is not only its user-friendly interface but, more so, the hardworking manager handling our account. She was very responsive and was knowledgeable enough to help us with several issues.
CONS: This would be our perfect HR solution if it allowed the integration of other platforms. Our company uses Slack and it's a disappointment that they can't merge. This makes or breaks our continuity with Justworks.

PROS: Justworks is an easy way to track my time at work and submit requests for leaves. I also get to know immediately how many leaves I have left with just one click, instead of having to call HR.
CONS: A minor issue is that I can't withdraw a request for vacation so I have to bother an HR officer for this.

PROS: Justworks informs us promptly on new HR policies in our state. It notifies ahead of enforcement date, just enough time for us to prepare. It makes the necessary adjustments in its system for us to comply with new rules while still allowing us to experience the best of what the platform offers.
CONS: The platform still has so much room for improvement overall. One aspect off the top of my head is integration. What's worse is customer support isn't easily contactable.

PROS: Justworks offers a very affordable health insurance package without compensating for the benefits offered, making it suitable for small companies. It continuously improves its system and every time it does, the transition is always smooth. The account manager is dedicated to ensuring we maximize and take good care of our workforce.
CONS: A mobile version would be excellent. Seeing Justworks secure 401k partners will also be a booster as this will make filing contributions more convenient.

PROS: Justworks' bundle of products is very enticing in terms of cost exactly why we grabbed it immediately when we discovered it. After nearly a year of using it, we have seen a drastic reduction in HR costs. Employees are pleased with the convenience it offers in addressing their HR concerns.

PROS: Justworks is robust with functionalities that make life easier for HR officers. Because it merges with several payment facilities, we can deposit our employees' salaries and always do so on time.
CONS: A major drawback is Justworks errs often which is a no-no when we're talking about salary. Also, it took us a long while before we could get comfortable with the interface. It was rather unfortunate that customer support was not prepared with sufficient know-how to address our needs as we feel they themselves were just starting to figure out how Justworks works.

PROS: Justworks unburdened me from many tasks. As a manager, I regularly address issues of employees on leaves and payroll, among others. Justworks eliminated the need to discuss these matters at length. For leaves, for instance, I could give the green light with a click. Employees can also access reports on their performances more accurately and easily.
CONS: The creation of usernames should be uniform so I don't have to remember each one which I think is a bit disorderly. For this, I think the email or initials and last name should suffice.

PROS: One thing that I and my employees really appreciated was how easy this was to use, especially when it comes to benefit offerings. It keeps the employees happy. As a software, this one is pretty flexible and straight-to-the-point. I really enjoyed using it.
CONS: I do wish that it didn't link out as often as it does when it comes to information about health insurance. I think it would be a vast improvement if all of that was collected and consolidated within the program instead.

PROS: Accessing and managing documents become seamless with this tool, allowing us to begin and finish tasks fast and easy. Just like in the aspect of employee on-boarding, JustWorks helps us save time and makes the process much faster than before. Our employees love the simplicity of this tool, as they only need to log-in and the documents they need are directly presented without anyone’s help.
CONS: The software is good, but there’s something they need to work on. The problem is once the document is submitted in the system, it doesn’t allow us to modify the data easily. Ever since we use JustWorks, this has become a painful problem for us.

PROS: Justworks makes our company's directory, policy list, documentations, calendar, and benefits packages accessible from a single platform. Because of this, I no longer have to deal with logging into multiple portals, which is common in large businesses.
CONS: Justworks' customer service is slow and there are times when I think they don't even know how to help. There was an instance when I wanted to manage our company's membership that Justworks partners with. The price per month is $15 via the software's portal. However, since we already have a subscription with the gym, we enjoy a lower monthly price. Still, the representative asked me if we wanted to credit $15 to our account. It is an issue that we never managed to fully resolve. Other than that, it would be great if Justworks organizes the directory in a hierarchical manner for us to have a better view of the company structure.

PROS: Justworks is a reliable platform and I know that I can count on them in any situation. They have helped us resolve numerous problems--and even when errors occur in their part, they are quick to apologize and to mitigate them. This gives them a human feel and they make my job better because of that.
CONS: The software's time tracking tool needs work because it does not meet the rigorous demands of our business. Justworks should also think about having more types of leaves built-in into the system.

PROS: JustWorks is a reliable tool for HR personnel (like me) who have multiple functions in the company/organization. I’ve been using this platform to track and update employees’ attendance and ensure that leaves are recorded in the system.
CONS: The initial files I submitted in the system cannot be easily edited. Hope they do something to address and resolve this issue to make things easier for users.
