What is KanbanFlow?
KanbanFlow is a Lean project management tool with an intuitive user interface that is easy to learn and use. The Kanban board provides a clear overview of your current work situation. In teams, you can instantly see what your team members are working on right now, what tasks they have completed, and what is coming up.
You can track the time spent on a task by using a timer. The timer supports the Pomodoro method for time management. The Pomodoro method involves working with full concentration for 25 minutes before taking a short break. Then, you should work for another 25 minutes before taking a break, and so on.

Filter and search
- You can filter your board on user, due date, color, or label, or a combination of these.
- If there many users on your board, you can filter it to only show your tasks
- KanbanFlow lets you use the search to quickly find a task among hundreds or thousands of tasks on your board.
Add tasks from email
- It’s possible to instantly add new tasks to your board by sending an email from Gmail, Outlook and other mail clients.
- The email subject will be the task name and the email body will be used as task description.
- File attachments will be added to the task automatically.
Copy boards
- If your new projects are similar to the old ones, create a board template and copy it at the project startup to save time.
- All color and column settings are copied.
- You can opt to copy the board with or without tasks.

PROS: I manage appx 50 projects at a time and always struggled with an easy way to do so online. I need to communicate with others on some projects and I need to be able to see at a glance anything that needs my attention. KanBanFlow makes this easy to do through color coding, scheduling and task assignments
CONS: So far I am so satisfied, I haven't found any problems with it.
