PROS: I like how it's very precise with data. When it comes to making prospect lists, data is important for accuring the right contact data. Through KiteDesk, my chances of reaching out to prospects has dramatically increased. Since I work in the business development business, how can you refuse a line directly to a decision maker?

CONS: I don't favor their UI. I don't find it user-friendly and it's difficult to get around. But in the end, it actually gets the job done.

PROS: Having the ability to extract contact data by means of highlighting them on whichever site see them. This turned things around.

CONS: I was hoping there would be some way to see further metrics in e-mails for specific compaign success rate visibility. It would also be nice to set up group e-mails.

PROS: Moving a transpect from LinkedIn to Salesforce has never been easu. I typically end up with right right e-mail address and phone numbers -- although they tend to bounce from time to time.

CONS: The user interface is not as user-friendly as before. It's impossible to move someone unless there's data available. I had to do this manually (and it's a pain). The software was actually paid for and we'd like it improvements were made in this area.

PROS: Very easy to use. A majority of my contact details that I look for I find through KiteDesk as well as e-mail and direct phone. For so many years, I've given a plethora of tools a try and only around 50% of the contacts appear without even an e-mail or direct phone.

CONS: There's nothing not to like about KiteDesk. Its functionality and ease of use is perfect.

Not only is Kitedesk an extremely simple and intuitive program to use, the information is surprisingly accurate. I work in an industry with a lot of turnover and even with this factor it is extremely infrequent that I find any of my information from Kitedesk to be incorrect or out of date. I would recommend this to literally anyone who needs to prospect.

Pros: accurate information, easy to use. Cons: none.
