The features included in LionDesk are video email, video texting, text 2 sell, 3rd party lead imports, lead distribution, property management, deal and pipeline management, auto responders, email tracking, document management, and contact management.

LionDesk has lots of memorable features that are not present in other customer relationship management platforms. These features are called video email and video texting. Through these functionalities, users will be able to send out video emails and video text messages to a specific contact. Video emails and video texts can also be included into templates that are  created for drip campaigns, and users can send them out as mass emails and mass texts to a contact list.

The creation of video emails and video texts can be done automatically because LionDesk provides a built in video recorder. Users can access this within the Communications section of the platform. When they click the video button, it will take them to the current view of their webcam; and they can start recording.

Furthermore, LionDesk helps users to quickly search for previous videos they created. They can filter the search results by selecting the type of videos, which can be either  text or email. Video emails and video texts can also be tagged, so that users will be able to search them easily. Video emails and video texts can be used to personalize the sending of property information to clients. They are also effective in promoting a listing or providing tips to potential buyers.

LionDesk enables users to automatically import their leads from third party lead sources. This will help them automatically respond to their clients. They can import their leads from Zillow, Trulia, Reator.com, or IDX websites. Then, LionDesk will route their leads from these lead sources and integrate them into the drip campaigns they set up within the system.

Another popular feature of LionDesk is its property management functionality. This feature shows the task management capability of the software because users can set up their own task lists for managing a listing, sales, open house, or more. PROS: Video texting, ability to interface with Ylopo, and a di aler bult in (extra cost)

CONS: It is a complex program that could work very well if you have a high degree of patience and technical knowledge. Customer support is almost nonexistent. A simple question can take several hours to get response from a chat window and talking to some one is out of the question without an appointment days in advance. I you are the type of person who can watch hours of video to answer basic questions or can afford to hire someone to do it for you getting this program completely setup and functioning won't happen.

PROS: I love this app because of how simple yet effective it is. It also allows users to buy a phone line.

CONS: It doesn't allow selection of certain contacts on a page. It always has to be "select all."

PROS: Some of LionDesk's great features: (1) allowing users to contact and respond to customers through the app; and (2) option to add a digital business card!
