PROS: We made an easy transition from our old system into Maropost. The platform provided us with easy set up and their support team were and they are still very helpful. This system offers quick set up and automated campaigns and constantly run some tests in order to improve our email program. The deliverability is very effective and we are ensured that our mails reach the inbox.
CONS: We had an issue with running API call, but their team managed to fix this problem within 24hours. On the other side, there is nothing to dislike about this system.

PROS: The automation tool is very powerful and visible feature of this platform. Maropost is user-friendly, easy to set up and full of new features. I hope they will implement SMS and Push notifications. Email-related automations are perfect tool for running your marketing campaigns. You should use contact tagging feature when you run the marketing automation. I love the platform’s innovative delivery tools, the web tracking scripts, backlist checker, segmentation, landing page and form builder. Also, there is an easy way to select lists while the message creation process is running.
CONS: I don’t like when I create content because I need to create it in a separate area from the message workflow. Also, I believe that the testing tool is a waste of time when it comes to manually creating pieces of content. The UI has bugs. I have to say that I don’t have great opinion for their customer team, they seem like untruthful, not very helpful, pushy, short tempered and even sales-quota oriented.

PROS: Maropost is simply, easy to set up, fast and straight up system. We have made an easy transition from our old system to this one, and we immediately started with our email campaigns. I have to say that their customer service is wonderful. During the transition their support team were always there to help with every single step.
CONS: I don’t have any dislikes, but I would like to see some features, I need some advanced selection methods such as infusionsoft. The good thing is they constantly release new features almost every week, so I’m pretty sure I will have the features I need.

PROS: I love its intuitive and easy to set up interface, they have great support team. I must say that the platform is easily adoptable and can be run by almost everyone. When it comes to email marketing tool it’s nice to have a platform that works quickly and that listens its customer suggestions and whenever their customers need some changes they are always ready to help and implement those changes.
CONS: I would like to see an update on UI. But I cannot say that this is a dislike, it’s just minor issue so to say.

PROS: I have to say that the CEO of Maropost, Ross Andrew takes care of his customers. His platform is the leading ESP and #1 for email deliverability. Truth to be told, we work in a world where it’s harder to get into the inbox of all our customers and subscribers. My favorite is split testing subject lines, so I can automatically send the winner to the bulk of the list. I must say that they always listen to their customers and they constantly work on their improvements and implementing new and helpful features.
CONS: There is nothing to dislike. All I want to see more video tutorials, everything else is great.
