PROS: MyCase made it possible for me to have all my client files consolidated into one digital space. This ensures accessiblity of documents for me and my clients. The platform is highly secure. My clients are now at ease knowing their sensitive data won't be leaked to other third parties.
CONS: I dislike the fact that clients are forced to own an active account from MyCase. Without it, clients can't make payment. Some of my clients are limited on a consulation basis. That means they're not required to gain portal access which entials to manually set things up so they can make payment.

PROS: MyCase is an excellent and trustworthy tool where you can keep each file with the utmost security and easy accessibility, which are the qualities that I am looking for in a platform. Our company keeps thousands of case files, so we rely on this software to do its job effectively. Now no more documents get lost or misplaced, and it's all because of MyCase. Plus, it's also a good portal wherein I can freely communicate with my clients at any time of the day. It's something that I would gladly endorse for its functionality and price.
CONS: I wish that the developers could have waited longer to fix internal bugs before deciding to launch the product. A little more time spent during the testing stage would have resulted in a smooth sailing portal. But despite some minor setbacks, I can say that MyCase has been very helpful in storing files, evidence, and other stuff needed in court.

PROS: Everyone in the office, including me, loves the app so much. We didn’t have any difficulties transitioning into MyCase, which is something that all of us appreciate. Our cases are now filed accordingly, which is what we need to work seamlessly.
CONS: Despite its amazing features, it also comes with some issues that can make us feel frustrated. Looking for a specific document from the thousands that we have on the database can be challenging since it does not give you the specific location of the files you are looking. Also, I have noticed that the copy and paste feature does not work on this particular app. Sometimes I would need to use one file as a template for creating another new case file, but since copy-pasting is not allowed, I would need to type the content manually, which is very time-consuming. I am just looking forward to the day to activate this feature to make our lives easier.
Nothing can match the convenience that MyCase gives into our workload.

PROS: There is no need to spend tedious hours billing our clients because MyCase does a great job of automating the process. I also feel secure with my documents and share it with my client without having to worry about anything.

PROS: I have noticed the big difference in our practice ever since we started using MyCase for managing things at the office. Everything is well organized. From our scheduled court hearings, correspondence is done right on time, and documents are well arranged for our convenience.
CONS: There is nothing much to dislike about MyCase except that it slows down, but it doesn’t happen that often so I don’t mind. Although there are some ideas that I would like to pitch to help upgrade its current features. It's a good thing that their back-office team takes time to read and respond to suggestions.

PROS: It's user-friendly. Once I've subscribed to it, getting all my files in one place was easy to do. I like remotely accessing them wherever I am. I get to access them through my desktop PC and my mobile devices.
CONS: I don't like how templates are being made. Merging documents is difficult. I've tried my best in making templates on my own. So far, I haven't succeeded.

PROS: Very simple to operate. Billing is functioning great. Case monitoring is easier. A great product really.
CONS: It's been a few years now. They keep making promises of getting the platform integrated with DropBox. At the same time, for document management. So far, they haven't done anything.

PROS: Storing documents in segregated folders. Sharing of documents. Reminder notifications for invoices. The part that I like most is its latest update: constantly showcasing overdue invoices whenever each invoice is finished.
CONS: Its mobile app is simply trash. Whenever I try to access it, I'd be forced to log on to its desktop version. Looking at it from a smartphone is terrible. I also hate the fact that you can no longer accept credit card payments.

PROS: With MyCase we can easily create invoices, input info whenever we receive payment, there is an option for receiving payment via My Case. We can keep track of trial dates and deadlines, we can link those events to the calendar on our phone. It has great feature for date calculator. We are able to add clients and to provide them with access to their case files. The reports we get are easy to read and detailed. We are allowed to load the documents with cases and expanses. There is timer-function feature that is great when you start working on a project and when you’re done you can fill in the case and it bills your time.
CONS: I wish they could make the timer as widget on my mobile device. It would be great if they could make the invoices more customizable. I think that the message system is unnecessary.

PROS: My case is easy to navigate tool that helps you to keep track of everything in the cloud. I can easily access documents, schedules from a desktop or via app. What I like is that they constantly improve the software and they are always open for new suggestions that we provide to them. There is easy to use document storage instead of wasting my server space.
CONS: They need to update the iPhone app. Full names of specific calendar events cannot be seen and I cannot access the billing portion of MyCase via app. Also, the financials and invoicing can be complicated and it’s not as intuitive as it should be, but once you learn it, it can be easy to use. In addition, adding other employees to some parts can be really difficult and frustrating.
