PROS: I love NetDocs accessibility and functionality. It allows me to use it even if I'm not in the office. It also makes document searches easier.
CONS: It needs to improve by adding a multi-level search function to make the document search even more optimized. It can also be confusing when you click a document because the action differs depending on the device you're using to access it. I wish they could also add more compatible PDF software.

PROS: NetDocs is super helpful in managing and sharing documents. It organizes documents well -- segregates it into types and by the client. The unique thing about it is that the user can "check out" a document if they are working on it. It also allows you to save different versions of the documents.
CONS: I recommend NetDocs. I have no complaints.

PROS: It provided me an accessible storage system and a searchable database for my files. It allows me to search for files using a docket number or name of our law firm's clients. I also love that it's integrated with Outlook!
CONS: I experienced some glitches with the status of the documents -- whether it's saved or checked in. There are some delays when it comes to this. Retrieving documents can also be slow sometimes.

PROS: Its integration with MS Outlook makes it an intuitive program. It allows you to save emails into the program which I find amazing. The program is so intuitive that it provides workspace suggestions based on your task trend whenever you're saving something.
CONS: The user interface could be better though. I find it hard to navigate around it.

PROS: I love that it allows users to customize the homepage making it easier to access the frequently opened documents and anything you line up in your to-do list. This definitely makes remote work easier because of its accessibility and functionality.
CONS: I don't like it that I have to manually link Clio to Netdocs. It slows down the process.

PROS: This cloud-based storage system has been really beneficial for employees who are working remotely or are always in-transit. It's really a good program, especially with its online suite and app support!
CONS: We did have an experience with some bugs that I needed to resolve because it's already stressing us out.
