PROS: If you have lot of social media contacts and if you don’t have time to find the contact information, or to find updates on changes from your colleagues, it’s time to put all your trust in Nimble hands. You’ll get updates continuously and you can see what’s going on with your team and your contacts. You don’t have to waste time to search for contacts and entering information, because Nimble finds information from the web and you are informed about that. Also, you don’t need to organize information manually, because this software does it for you.
CONS: It’s not a dislike but more like advice when it comes to import contact information, if you have many contacts of your social media followers, before you try to import them, decide which social network you want to import all contacts for, because if you try to upload them all into Nimble it can be overload. Just select social media as you go along.

PROS: Great CRM platform with many helpful features such as compatibility with most email service providers today. This is perfect in creating a dashboard for communicating with different people and using the same platform for other purposes such as calendar keeping and marketing campaigns. This also works well for audience segmentation since it allows the saving of searches easily. And the app can link with social media networks too, which means more ways to connect with customers personally.
CONS: This is a quality CRM tool. However, its mobile app doesn’t work well. It needs more improvements for better performance.

It has an efficient contact management feature too, and reliable analytic features that help in forecasting and preparing for potential outcomes.
CONS: It lacks details about present conditions and situations of specific competition and marketplaces. What the app offers cannot completely meet the quality assurance standards that we use. It also has a complex interface, and some problems occur every now and then.

PROS: Perfect platform for sales and marketing professionals that features easy to modify interface, convenient accessibility, and great compatibility to top operating systems. It can gather and process data from different resources and features a stellar tracking system. It seamlessly integrates with a different email and social media accounts as well, in which it allows easy access to contacts such accounts may carry. No wonder why it perfectly suits my professional job!
CONS: Its mobile app is quite sluggish and it greatly affects our workflow. It also comes in more expensive deals than other options. Its price can even hinder a company from fully integrating the platform into their operations.

It comes with great and easy to use features such as contact management, scheduling and meeting descriptions among others, and can integrate with top social media networks for generating more quality leads. This is certainly perfect for employees who have some troubles in doing such tasks since it lists down daily workloads as well as it allows efficient reporting.
CONS: The user interface has some vague features which cause problems while working. There are instances when errors show while navigating, and managing contacts sometimes fail as well. Details of certain tasks and some updates questionably disappear. Also, it sometimes has errors when importing lists.

PROS: It significantly boosts sales and marketing because it lets employees share sales data for analytics and other key functions. It allows the automation of tasks as well, which is helpful in getting subsequent sales and marketing results that are backed by CRM records. Scheduling online meetings for sales and marketing is easier too, and it makes distribution and management of tasks more convenient. It also has efficient communication features that help in keeping in touch and monitoring sales employees. Moreover, it’s easier to handle customer support while keeping a reliable sales forecast through this tool.
CONS: It cannot track sales potential and find potential leads, as well as it cannot build a large database of customer info from our sales activities. It’s insufficient for the automation of our processes, then it doesn’t offer enough customization options. And it’s not enough for our contact management, leads, template requirement, email sharing tasks as well as sales and marketing demands.

PROS: Nimble provides me with many features to manage and collect information from all the networks I am active on. I can stay in touch with my visitors and clients and I am always available to their critics and suggestions. With this software I have an ability to see what others in my network are doing and saying. All in all, I love the ability to engage my potential clients, because I can see all their activities through the networks, what they are doing and what makes them tick. Great platform that helps me to improve the relationship with my clients.
CONS: They need to implement “pay now” option. I cannot process my subscription manually so I need to enter data over again.

PROS: Nimble is great social integrated CRM platform. I think it’s one of the best CRM systems today. This platform helps me manage all my interactions from one place. Also, they constantly add new features. What I really like is that they are always open for new suggestions and they work on their improvement. I love how I can import and export data easily, and tags are great to separate the clients.
CONS: When I need to delete messages, the process can be a little annoying, because it takes a lot of time and the process can be done one page at a time. Also, I would like to see the feature where I can email 30 contacts directly from Nimble. I like to see this feature back, it was really helpful.

PROS: I love how simple Nimble is, it provides you with lot of features. One of my favorite features are social media feeds, group emailing, and scheduled posting. Email management is very simple and useful tool, the software provides you with media updates, everything you need is in one place. This platform allows you to send group emails to 300 contacts at the same time and you can repeat this process as well. You are allowed to create templates and you can include HTML within the templates. You can view all your emails in Nimble.
CONS: I’ve had some issues here and there, but it's not a big deal. I don’t have any critics about this platform.

PROS: Nimble provides you with effortless integration of contacts, social profiles, and communications and actions in a productive manner. This platform helps you to gather information with its tools, websites and social networks so you won’t lose or forget any contact or action. I love the new group messages and e-mail features because saves me a lot of time and I can improve the interaction with my clients easily and effortlessly. I am able to find the right audience and group them for presenting my inventions and sharing news.
CONS: There is nothing that I don’t like about Nimble. I have a suggestion, if they can make an integration with Microsoft ecosystem- Office 365.

PROS: Nimble is cloud-based platform that integrates well with Google Apps. The process of collecting data and being updated is a piece of cake for me now. Its wonderful feature for email tracking and mail merge helps us to send the emails directly into the contact’s inbox. This is extremely powerful marketing tool. All information about my clients is in one place, this saves me lot of time because I get what I need with only one click, and this Smart Contact Widget feature is awesome. I can get data into Nimble within seconds, and the data is well organized.
CONS: There are some things I want to see in Nimble: they can include more merge tags that will help in effective customization. They could add numerous google calendars instead of one. An option to use Alias. Also, the top contact section is really useless for me, I would like to replace it.

PROS: Nimble is social engagement platform, and helps me to manage, develop, monitor and improve my social relationships with my existing and potential clients and visitors. I think that all these new features such as: Filtered Search, group email messages, email tracking and Contacts Widget, improved the quality of Nimble and with these I improved my relationships as well.
CONS: When I use Nimble’s Contact Widget I have some problems whenever I try to add a new contact with same name. Also, they need to work on integration with Foursquare, it needs some improvements.

PROS: With Nimble I am allowed to combine CRM with my social networks so I can better engage and manage relationships that are developing inside the networks. Thanks to this platform I can find my contacts and add them to my CRM, tagging them, or update information about them by using the Live Profile sidebar. This platform is really helpful if you are active in social media, you will see immediate results by using it.
CONS: I have some suggestions such as: Integration with MailChimp and the feature to track open rates of all the emails which are sent from Nimble.

PROS: Nimble collects a lead or customer profiles from other social networks such as Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook and others. With Dossier feature I can get full picture of lead or a customer so I can start easy interaction with them. When we start to use Nimble we managed to integrate it with our Technology Stack platform as a service 366 Degrees. We managed to combine CRM and Marketing Automation, we love to create better experiences for the SMB Market.
CONS: I don’t have any dislikes, they could open up more integrations so we can create more experiences across the ecosystem.

PROS: Nimble provides me with daily information and notification of the people who contacted me, or had something to say about my work, or interacted with me. I can follow up with them and start communication with them. This platform helped me to run successful online events and to gain new followers and new business ideas. With Chrome extension I can create potential prospects and connections. They constantly update their platform with new features.
CONS: I really love the platform, but there is one thing that I don’t like, I have to import all the contacts I get from my Gmail and from my twitter, there are some things that don’t run smoothly.

PROS: All the information I need is in one place. Nimble helps me to interact with my clients and contacts. This platform has awesome feature that reminds me to stay in touch with the contacts who are very important for my business. I can segment contacts easily by using tag feature. There are lot of integrations with other systems. These amazing features make Nimble to be a unique social CRM platform.
CONS: I struggle with my calendar from Google Calendar because it’s not updated in Nimble. It would be great if I can send personalized mass emails. Also, G+ pages are not supported.
