It is a sales and marketing CRM for small business and e-tailers that helps to automate reporting and streamline workflow. You can dynamically segment leads, define continuous-automation workflows, and conduct email campaigns. You can also automate a wide range of tasks including reminders, follow-up emails, lead score, task creating and more. RevampCRM offers two products: CRM for Small Business and CRM for Shopify.
