Pros:
I like how simple it is in managing data. The UI is user-friendly. It lets me see what I've uploaded immediately. The mobile app is really nice. The best functionality it's able to let me view information of my clients and after reviewing them, I'm able to make the right decisions.

Cons:
I don't have much to complain about. Bug fixes could use some improvement to prevent the app from crashing. In general, I feel this is the best tool I've seen in a while.

Pros:
It's simple to implement. It provides varying platform that gives users the option to settle for a platform they find suitable. For new users, it's easy to get around. Critical metrics are showcased in a presentable manner. It gives the user ability to review customer requirements in the form of location and industry, seeking patterns, and nurturing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Cons:
Its data import process has matured since its previous releases. Back then, when data import happens to have failed, it barely offered an info as to where the issue originated. But recently, its releases have improved significantly. Error messages this time around are easy to tackled and simple to comprehend. Later on, I feel this process will continue to evolve as it grows.
