PROS: Absolutely nothing. This has been the biggest waste of time and money for our business. Heed my warning, do not sign up for this no matter how convincing their sales team may be.
CONS: Everything. Wigzo isn't even a real company, but rather, a scam. Terrible communication, poor attention to detail (they made many typos on our site), not organized, no reliable point of contact, poor data reporting, many empty promises, incomplete product, unprofessional team. Need I say more? We tried to cancel this service for over 2 weeks and could never get a response from anyone on their team and we couldn't get our customer data from them. We were looking to start taking legal action since they were not cooperating. Please do not sign up for this service, you will regret it.
