PROS: There are many things to like about this product. First, the functionalities are very straightforward and easy to use. There are comprehensive tutorials, which were a great help when we're learning how to use the product. Next, it has automated most of my digital marketing processes so running the business has become more seamless. It even integrates with Facebook, which I absolutely love. Last but not least, Ontraport has a friendly and helpful customer service and support team who even go the extra mile to assist us.
CONS: I work in South Africa and unfortunately, Ontraport does not support the time-zone here. But I'm able to solve the problem by using the Athens time zone.
The least favorable review
PROS: This software seemed lik ea good deal but was a disappointment in the end. I'd recommend HubSpot.

PROS: Ontraport has a lot of functionalities to offer, which is good but can be overwhelming. Good thing that it offers good tutorials and introductory information so that we'll have an easier time understanding its many features, options, and tools. After onboarding, we now appreciate its many functions because we can do what should have taken us several systems to accomplish in one platform. A lot cheaper too, since data integration for huge volumes of data usually costs quite an excessive amount. A good example of this is when we have to move and manage new contacts. Even if we have a large userbase, we can integrate the latest contact information within Ontraport in a straightforward fashion without added cost. Another aspect of the program worth mentioning is the automation of a big chunk of repetitive tasks like data integration. This helps improve the efficiency and speed of many of our processes.
CONS: The interface structure is not flexible because of the limitations they impose on the design customization. There's not much room for personalization, which I think is a shame because those who regularly use Ontraport will benefit from adopting the program to their unique needs. White labeling is pretty limited too.

PROS: I am managing a small team and this product got everything we need - CRM tools, email campaign functionality, and website plug-ins. I also like the ability not just to organize them. What is more, the customer support for this product is incredible. They have customer support specialists, account representatives, as well as onboarding experts. They are available on chat or screen share. Aside from that, they also provide learning materials such as videos and how-to-forms.
CONS: First, it takes some time to get the hang of the product. But I think it's just standard with most comprehensive systems like this. It's not really a big deal. Besides, Ontraport has onboarding specialists that new platform users can contact for help with account set-up. Aside from that, the platform requires a lot of manual input for simple tasks such as adding a contact. It would be nice to have features like data scrape for social media networks, email, and more to make the contact input process more seamless and faster. It would also be great if they include a Gmail plug-in, so there's no need to add contacts manually.

PROS: It's such a comprehensive platform that we can do many transactions, like creating landing pages and CRM functionalities, within the software. The support is very responsive as well, and we can see the effort on their part with screen shares and live interactions whenever we call them, which is more than other companies can say.
CONS: It's pretty hard to learn and master, so onboarding takes a long time. There's also this one time when we experienced issues with pages and emails and they weren't able to fix it for some time.

PROS: I specifically like the ability to target particular groups of individuals.
CONS: We encountered problems after implementing the system, but it's more likely the fault of our staff who handled the team's initial transfer into using the system. So I had to make plans and find a way so our department can maximize the use of the platform. For instance, our human resource team that enters in contact details needs to ensure that they enter the data consistently between categories to form groups properly.

PROS: The system is pretty straightforward so learning the main functions are not hard. Although, you are still required to complete the tutorial and onboarding process with the aid of Ontraport's support team. The upside is that the support team inspires confidence and is excellent in listening and answering our questions. After the installation and configuration process, it has become our favorite tool in the office. It automates many menial and vital tasks, helps optimize campaigns, saves us from spending too much at launch, and provides a lot of functions to ensure your business's excellent performance.
CONS: While I mentioned that the wide variety of functions that the system offers is a great plus, it can also become its most negative aspect. That's because too many features can be confusing and overwhelming. However, this is more evident when you are new to the system and this downside withers away over time.

PROS: I've been using this product for more than seven years now and I can say that Ontraport sets the bar high for marketing solutions. I can say with confidence that Ontraport is well-suited for both startup businesses and seasoned companies alike. Its core features are more than enough for the everyday activities that we don't need to use any add-ons. For example, we can create an end-to-end sales funnel and build a membership site or webpages right from the app. Even then, the devs haven't been slacking off either because they keep adding more features to make the system better. For instance, the feature "Custom Facebook Audience" seems promising even though we haven't been using it yet, but we certainly will decide to scale up our Facebook marketing efforts. It's working brilliantly too, for our WordPress integration. I like this platform because the level of support the devs give is above average in our experience. The owners themselves are also well in touch with their community to know that our feedback and suggestions are being heard.
CONS: One thing I know I'm not fond of is the webpage builder. While it comes with a wide variety of cool-looking, professional templates, and it's good at limiting what we can do to mess up the pages, I still somehow find it lacking. The devs are always looking for ways to improve it though, so it's still good.

PROS: Ontraport CRM is the best of all the CRM I've tried so far. I find all its features useful, such as building forms and landing pages, payment processing, and business automation. It's also easy to use, very affordable and is continually improving. Not to mention that the third-party integration support is excellent. I've been using this for a few years now and I'm delighted. I've also been recommending Ontraport to other people I know.
CONS: No downsides come to mind. I have a handful of suggestions, though. First is more integration support for other business systems, like, say, RingCentral. More automation triggers won't be amiss either. None of these missing features impede my business, so I'll still give Ontraport a full mark.

PROS: The level of support they provide to platform users is merely incredible. There are live video training, boot camp course, user conference, and a whole lot more.
CONS: Not all options can be customized, plus there's a problem with payment tracking.

PROS: We've been using other CRM software like InfusionSoft and SalesForce so we can say with confidence that Ontraport is one of the best out there when it comes to managing leads and customer success. The interface is quite familiar so learning to effectively use it didn't take much time although we once hired a consultant to get us up to speed because we got stuck on some complex questions. Right now, we're only utilizing a portion of Ontraport's arsenal since we don't need some of the features like the e-commerce bits. Our primary use for the software is for leads management, sales renewal, and leads campaigns, while the main objects we use within the software are Contacts & Deals and Companies. We also integrate it with Zapier for automated lead generation to the platform from our website.
CONS: One of the negative experiences with Ontraport is that when we learned that we could only run the Zapier automation on the Contact objects. This means that the options for integrating data with the Company or Deal objects are limited. Another issue and this is a big one, is that we can't get someone on the Ontraport team to understand one of our unique use cases. This lead to being unable to utilize the system for some time properly. But after a few months of hit or miss cooperation with the vendor's support team, we were able to make it work finally. We are now excited because of it.
