PROS: My ultimate gain from Outreach is being able to reach my targeted audience effectively and with the proper message. I also adore Outreach's very appealing template designs and robust sequencing which I can easily share to the entire team.
CONS: I consistently have disappointing encounters with Outreach's customer support representatives. It would take an average of two days before you can get an actionable response. Not to mention that within that period there's a rather lengthy, unnecessary, and redundant series of interrogation.

PROS: Because Outreach doesn't fail me in implementing campaigns smoothly, I can develop a thorough campaign trail and see no effort put to waste. A particular feature I love about Outreach but did not find in others is its ability to know who among your prospects opened your promotional emails.
CONS: I don't understand why I have to input contacts regularly in between sequencing. But I'm beginning to suspect the problem is on me. Nevertheless, I hope the process will be made easier.

PROS: Outreach has become my benchmark on how user-friendly applications should work. From sequencing to content sharing, every task is a no-brainer. On top of this, Outreach integrates smoothly with Salesforce, allowing me to respond to calls received from the external platform without moving from one webpage to another.
CONS: The platfrom has a great deal of room for improvement in terms of reporting and providing a better context of what the data means, how it affects our business, and how we can use them to our advantage.

PROS: Outreach is armed with several features that make it an efficient and intelligent tool in developing, lining up and running marketing campaigns. Through its detailed sequencing, we can track our progress conveniently. Another pro is that Outreach serves as a customer relationship building tool between customer and sales reps. Outreach gives sales reps have room to personalize emails while ensuring that the style and message does not stray too far from the company's branding and tone.
CONS: An overall makeover of features should be considered for navigation to be in line with real-life workflow. Deploying email marketing campaigns can take a while because of listing challenges. I also hope they can somehow aim to flatten the learning curve. We had to allot half a day to people to get on board the platform.

PROS: With Outreach I can do the work 10times more than I normally could. I can drop sales leads into the sequences and to send emails automatically. I like the integration with the Salesforce and the ability to keep track of the previous contact info with my leads within the SF. I can manage and create tasks.
CONS: They could improve the speed of Outreach, it can be slow sometimes especially when we use dialer. Also, there are some minor issues with mailbox sync.

Our sales performance has never been better since using the platform. Apart from its remarkable functionalities, its quality of customer service is commendable, always responsive and expert enough to address our concerns immediately.
CONS: Learning to use Outreach took us a day as we would frequently get lost, so that could have been reduced. It could also make more way for customizing automation features.

PROS: I got to use Outreach only through a free trial but since then, I've been considering introducing it to my organization. It syncs smoothly with our database and other platforms we use such as Salesforce which can enhance Outreach's functions. Data management is also very organized and searching through the database is made very easy. It also serves as a communication channel which could improve coordination within the team.
CONS: During the one month trial, I didn't encounter anything to turn me off. I'm strongly considering the platform for work.

PROS: Outreach is unique with its comprehensive sequencing features that enable us to strategize differently on customers according to their levels of interest. PROS: I like that I can store and share templates, contacts and sequences. I like that all the data and analytics are well-provided. We use the open rate, bounced, replies and contacts. Also, we can keep track of the opens and engagements with the emails. This is great tool because we can determine the level of interest and know whether we need to continue with the pursuing or to stop.
CONS: When you set up the cadences you need to be thorough, also spaces and extra commas may disrupt the email.

PROS: I have used Outreach in 2 different sales organizations, and I can’t imagine my work without this tool. The implementation is easy and you can quickly sync email and Salesforce accounts. Also, you can easily bulk upload contacts, create email templates, A/B test and structure the templates into sequences. In addition, the customer support team is responsive, knowledgeable and helpful.
CONS: There is nothing I can think of.

PROS: Outreach provides seamless integration with Salesforce, it reduces the time for our SDRs administration. We are able to tailor sequences with both automatic and manual email steps. There are great features so you can use them to manage your team and for individual performances. The customer support service is nice and responsive.
CONS: This tool has many options and this may block the workflow or to produce some unexpected results like editing the delivery schedule to other time-zone. Also, it can impact the messaging from colleagues when working with liked templates. It would be great if the admin can block some options for the users so they cannot use them by mistake.

PROS: Outreach is one of the best tool out there, before using this tool I have tried other solutions but none of them were as good as Outreach. Its CRM, campaigns, replay detection and template handling are the number one in the market today. I especially love the reply detection feature, for e.g. if I send an email to peter@domain.com and mary@domain.com responds to my email I get notification that someone else has responded for peter and he doesn’t receive emails any more in the campaign.
CONS: I don’t have some dislikes about this software, it would be great if they could create shareable templates across the user base. In my opinion, the system lacks customer service, there are wonderful people working but I’m often misunderstood whenever I ask some questions maybe this is because of the software but it can be really frustrating when I have to ask same question in a 3 different ways.

PROS: Marketing and cold-emailing is simple with Outreach, the email drip campaign incorporates the call tasks and it is great for maintaining an effective and efficient workflow. The chrome extension allows us to keep track of the prospects from other platforms so we can easily contact and reach them. The Gmail bar is great for sequencing prospects or replying with a template from Gmail. Our team can easily reach the prospects and to keep track of the business and to find the challenges.
CONS: The truth is that Outreach has wonderful and great set of features, but they can be buggy and this makes them unusable. When you try to import one .CSV with prospects from various accounts, the wizard offers you an option to map the prospects directly to the accounts into the Outreach but this option has never worked. Also, I don’t like that I cannot reorder the sequence steps when the prospect has been through the sequence.

PROS: Outreach offers great set of tools that makes your e-mail to look pretty and professionally, it has great integration with call and e-mail solutions and it makes the tool more than simple overview of the emails and open/reply rates. There are options for semi-manual and automatic sending emails, options for managing the user responsibilities, great and clear reporting and clear overview of the reps task list. The customer service is wonderful, they constantly release new features. The tool provides great chrome extensions that plugs into Salesforce and Gmail. The interface is clear and intuitive.
CONS: There is no social media support, I cannot send anything from Outreach. Also, there is no way to categorize the conversations so you can make them easily reviewed. In addition, there is no way to move the ownership of a template to admins. The other thing I don’t like about the product is the fact that when you install the Chrome extension then it logs all the emails in Outreach including the personal ones. This makes a reall mess with reporting and problems with privacy concerns.
