Paperless Proposal Review

PROS: I'm very much impressed with the system's simplicity. It's user-friendly. It can be easily be customized. We were able to take current processes and covert them electronically.

CONS: I wouldn't say this as something I hate, but I suggest for them to look into current business processes and workflow thoroughly. That means lookin into approval processes, paper forms, and etc... Putting in a bit of time and effort on the front-end of implemenation can leader to quicker and hassle-free launch. Benefits can easily be recognized.

PROS: Being able to come up with a library of frequently used templates and docs. The Paperless team can make customizations of them with client name merge fields, which prove to be handy. It's a big hellp in making customized proposals quickly in an organized manner. In addition, I prefer having the ability in viewing projects under a single manageable screen in tracking the pending projects.

CONS: Certain finalization stages can be enhanced and modified for specific uses. At times, customers are in need of a format leading to added PDF editing after it's been downloaded. Maybe this should be an added functionality in helping out in the stage of completion.

PROS: I can make professionally-made proposal in as little as 15 minutes. I get to see stats on what my prospects are looking into. A green option is intended for the proposal delivery. I can even view it from any mobile device.

CONS: The process involved in saving a document tends to be tedious. I feel it may have something to do with the slow internet connection. The program tends to lag. This only happens if you lack the fast broadband speed since it would force you to log back in or refresh the page.

PROS: It's simple navigating around it. Great for making digital-based porposals. I like how you can go through varying tabs. Everything is neatly in place.

CONS: It seems there are a lot of steps to making a proposal. This can be confusing. But once you get around it, it's a great piece of software to use.

PROS: A great sales tool. This holds true whenever it involves working with potential clients who happen to be outside the region. Having the ability to mix visual tools, video, and customized content within a proposal. This is what ultimately makes this a standout from the usual industry.

CONS: The only upside is creating a library of content. But then again, that's an internal problem. It has nothing to do with the software at all.

PROS: It's easy to use the product. Support staff has been great. They've been very accommodating. Mistakes can easily be ammended.

CONS: There's limited options for editing. I'd like having our logo to appear on the click page link. At times, Paperless would seemingly place itself into the SPAM folder. E-mail page appears basic.

PROS: It's easy building on a library of documents. I can use it to make customized templates. I get to know if my proposal is free from any errors. I work in a team so getting access to other people's work when needed most anywhere and anytime is great.

CONS: At times, it would take a tad too long in adding page numbers. I'm still unsure if it's from the system itself or problems with the network.

PROS: This product is a time saver. Once we're through setting up the content library, we can make a duplicate. Then we go quickly. My customers like looking into content within Paperless and then passing it to other people in the organization.

CONS: Right now, there's nothing to hate or dislike. They were able to deal with the response time regarding the SSD. This time around, it's screaming in response time.
