PROS: I've been in payroll for 27 years and this is the best system I've used because of its paperless nature. The usual paper nightmare of the on-boarding process was reduced because everyhing can be done using Paycom. Employees can also see their working hours data, so it is easy for them to see if they are being paid right. They also have a very good customer service. I am very pleased with how knowledgeable they are. They went above and beyond duty to help us.
CONS: I don't have anything in particular to dislike, but if I may suggest, we would like to have a monthly report schedule.
The least favorable review
PROS: HR management is easier as employees can input their data like that of W4 changes, direct deposit, and information changers.
CONS: Unfortunately, some features do not fit our business.

PROS: It centralizes all areas of payment including pay stubs, holiday time, and benefits. Furthermore, it has a mobile app that can make access easier for us.
CONS: I can't think of any huge dislike. But if I were to be particular, I hope they don't ask us to answer a security question login.

PROS: Paycom has a very good support team. I cannot say a single negative thing about their team. They have helped us greatly in selecting the modules best fit for our business. The integration was very smooth too because they were there every step of the way. Besides, we can see that the system lives up to our expectations. It fulfills every promise and feature it says it is going to have when we first selected it. It is also super easy to use, so teaching it to our staff is not a problem for us. I would recommend Paycom to any business out there.
CONS: Paycom came to us at the best time. We needed a system that could help lessen our workload and Paycom did just that. So, we really don't have anything negative to say about this amazing platform.

PROS: I used to have tons of paperwork. Because of Paycom, we were able to reduce this drastically. From employee onboarding to departure, Paycom takes care of all the data for us. This is a great relief on our workload.
CONS: I couldn't find anything to criticize about Paycom. If I could've found it sooner, we would've been saved long ago.

PROS: Time-in and time-out became easier to track. The system is also very intuitive.
CONS: It needs improvement in its UI as it is a bit outdated. We also dislike the clocking-in and out feature. We wanted to be able to schedule our working hours. Though we understand that Paycom may not want to enable "fake clock-ins", we'd appreciate it if they can consider having this feature as it will be better for our nature of work.

PROS: I have access to any data within the platform. I can check and review these data for better management of the whole team. Paycom's support team also helped a lot whenever I have any struggles in using the platform.
CONS: Paycom's training should be much more comprehensive on the on-set. I've found myself confused on some aspects as the training given to us is very basic. I had to contact the support team several times to guide me on how to use the platform.

PROS: Paycom gives us the best reports I've seen. Every information is easily accessible and I can open multiple tabs so retrieving information is never a problem. Most importantly, their customer service is wonderful. I can't complain about anything with the top-notch assistance they give us.
CONS: Setting-up the platform takes quite some time as they require a lot of data from us. But I've realized that those information helped our department greatly.

PROS: Our business has a lot of nuances that can be hard to accomodate, but due to Paycom's customizable feature, we were able to get what we wanted. This is also due to the hardwork of our Transition Specialist. She tried her best to find a way to get what we need for our business.
CONS: The transition process is quite hard because of the features we need to set-up for our Paycom platform to work according to our needs. There are also some compromises made, but overall, we are pleased.

PROS: It is the most user-friendly platform we've used. It is great with enrolling benefits. You can easily enroll the benefits you have for last year, which will take you less time. Even enlisting beneficiaries will only take you a couple of minutes.
CONS: Logging-in is hard because of the auto-generated user name. It causes a lot of error on our side.

PROS: Paycom offers a very straightforward interface. This makes it very easy to understand and use. The time management section is also a good feature. I am very pleased with everything it has to offer so far.
CONS: It'd be great if they can change the set-up of PTO and hours availabale. It doesn't accurately calculate the PTO days I have approved, so I have to do this manually. It also doesn't calculate how much we could have for the whole year. This can be quite a hassle for the whole team, so I hope they can fix it.
