PayPanther functions as an online billing and invoicing system and that is what’s unique about the software. Built into it is a feature that allows users to create invoice instantly without the need spending too much time to input data  or getting information from previous invoices. Hence, through this software users can clone existing invoices serving as templates for future transactions. It also allows the customization of billing rates enabling users to generate their invoices using different billing rate options such as fixed rate, hourly rate, or custom rates for each user. This feature fast processing of payments which builds customer loyalty and repeat transactions.

Incorporating a customer relationship solution, PayPanther also has a feature wherein it stores and organizes client information in a very easy to track way. PayPanther’s contact management feature allows importation of customer information from other software and systems such as Gmail and Excel . Contacts can also be grouped into different tags thus improving their searchability as  they can be tracked based on the tags attached to them.

PayPanther’s contact management feature also automates alerts so that users would be notify if the contact has already sent a payment. This is possible through clicking the “follow” option and as as result,  users would receive automatic updates on  activities related to such contact  including overdue invoices. With this feature, lead tracking is enhanced and sales performance is improved.

PayPanther also has a client portal which speeds up the communication with clients and customers. With this feature, users can interact with their clients beyond email . Messages that are sent through this portal are encrypted so there is an assurance of security and privacy. Clients can also view and track their previous invoices and payments since the software has an option to share invoices and balances.
