PDFfiller Review

PROS: The app is easy to use and quickly downloads your files whether it's in Microsoft Word or PDF format. Its autosave assures you that your file is safe in case of any problem, and it also works on your smartphone which is handy at times.

CONS: So far I haven’t had any issues with the app, and it's been 2 years since I installed it.

PROS: Refilling forms is now a thing of the past for me, with this app I can make templates for reusable forms, it‘s also a convenience for my client as I can pull up forms in no time.

CONS: Erasing was quite a struggle when I was assisting my coworker, it took a while to figure that I only have to adjust the size.

PROS: I love how I get to edit and work on my pdf in a seamless manner, I don’t need to pull up apps for e-signing or scanning documents. I highly recommend it to anyone whose work involves a lot of paperwork.

CONS: The app is a bit constrained when it comes to editing like copy-pasting lines for ease of use. I hope the developers get to solve this problem.

PROS: I find the app flexible for my purposes, I can use it on both my personal and business transactions. Being paperless makes it easy to separate and organize my files, it greatly reduced office clutter as well

CONS: It took time for me to work around the app and I still struggle with it whenever I get to print a document, the interface is too big for my screen that it hides the print button below. The instructions don’t come up that easily also, and the help section isn’t always available on some features.

PROS: Our company's workflows have become more efficient in the implementation of PDFfiller.

CONS: PDFfiller has a "Sign Now" option available in its Premium tier. However, I have to refresh the page and resubmit the document I upload in the system repeatedly even though I have cleared my browser cookies and cache.

PROS: PDFfiller has been helpful to me when it comes to sharing client information. The pricing is also awesome considering that it is feature-rich and HIPAA-compliant as well.

CONS: Sometimes it takes too long to finish filling up documents such as registration forms.

PROS: The template-making feature is the best asset of PDFfiller for me since I work with different doctors and clinics. With this function, I can easily change the header and save them in different folders for easy access even while I am on the go.

CONS: So far, there is nothing not to like. Loving the features!

PROS: The software is user-friendly and pretty convenient, its available for smartphone use and is connected to cloud storage making it easy for those who work on the go.

CONS: It’s not that of a problem but I look forward to developers to create more shortcuts when it comes to saving files on specific folders on Google Drive.

PROS: Saves really a lot of paper (this is probably more noticable for larger companies). Also a serious benefit is that they have integration with Salesforce

CONS: Looks like I am using less than 50% of what they have inside. Many of those little things are not that necessary

PROS: It makes all our documents look professional. Imagine the combined functionalities of Word and Adobe put together into one software. This is what you get

CONS: Uploading and downloading larger documents might take a while sometimes.

PROS: I love PDFfiller for its multifunctionality - you can edit documents, send them, sign them, store them. I spend 50% time less in my email now and forgot my Dropbox password as such since now I store everything here

CONS: If the contract has more than three pages, it might take a while to upload it and reopen it in PDFfiller

PROS: Cheap, handy, available on all my devices. Billing department works very fast and efficient.

CONS: Glitches and crashes while I am doing offline editing.

PROS: It has really a lot to offer in terms of functionality and page design, but at the same time you need several days only to learn it fully

CONS: We had some discussions regading how really cost effective it is but I am still convinced it's totally worth the investment

PROS: Got to know about PDFfiller because we use Salesforce at work, and these two are compatible. Taken together - tremendous time savings, at least several hours a week, i'd say!

CONS: Longer contracts might need a while to get fully visible on the screen, but no rush here

PROS: Once you learn it well enough - document preparation becomes really quick

CONS: Sometimes I get a bit confused with locating the documents I need

PROS: Does not take much time to learn everything in details. It looks complex first but turns out to be super user friendly

CONS: I don't see the point in having email notifications when you get notified inside PDFfiller itself

PROS: None, tried and didn’t like. Cancelled and still being charged for the Full Year fee of $120. Trying contact them to get money back but unfortunately couldn’t get it back. Filling complaint to my credit card company and hope can get it back.

CONS: Charging full year fee after you sign up. It’s a fraud!

PROS: Good price and also very obvious interface. We've been working with tech companies, so e-signing is not exactly something new for our office. This is truly the best deal for the full set of various nice and handy features

CONS: Billing for the whole year in advance is a little bit disappointing, of course. But we can live with that

PROS: I am just really enjoying using it! I LOVE all those tiny things they have inside, like checkmarks, highlighting, that you can leave a funny sticky note with your comment on the top of any page etc. This is really nice and convenient if your work with documents in pdf all the time.

CONS: It took me some time to master it. But overall, no more than 3-4 days. Once you familiarize yourself with their interface, it all runs smoothly. But I guess, this would be with any software you choose

PROS: The product works but the company is a thief like everyone else trying to charge you when you don’t use there product.

CONS: Customer service

PROS: This site is a big hype right now, during the tax season. Mostly because you can find and fill in any tax form online. It is also really user-friendly, even though I am not really digital native

CONS: If you upload a file or use a form which is more than 1-2 pages, it can go slow but it's hard to say, maybe it's just my Internet

PROS: This works great for my clients - this is the main thing for me. So many forms, so many functions. I do not believe that this is all in one product.

CONS: Several times it was that I can not upload my file, but now everything is ok.

PROS: Good app. I use several applications on my iPhone. The big advantage is that this product supports a lot of types of documents and external storage services like dropbox.
