PROS: Its breadcrumb trails are visually great, giving us easier time to follow and making it ideal for presentation to customers. Its logistic intelligence has a report for everything, be it fuel info, idle times, or anything else.
CONS: It covers a lot of data, which is great. However, because of that, there are instances when it takes us a substantial amount of time to find specific information. This could be fixed though by more practice in order to get used to the setup, dashboard, ui, etc. of the system.

PROS: Thanks to this, our drivers can communicate with us on the road. This way, we can send them coordinates of the next location they must go to. We can also send messages about order forms, pay, etc. And to top it off, its interface is very clean and easy to use.
CONS: The sensitivity of the system isn't always a plus and can sometimes be down right irritating.
