PocketSuite allows users to schedule client appointments in a very simple way. It offers a calendar where they just need to tap their clients’ information, and they can instantly create schedules for them. Another way is that they can use their own website, Facebook business page, or Instagram to book appointments. By adding a BOOK NOW button to their social media page or website, their clients will be able to book conveniently online. They can also schedule classes by enabling their clients to sign up online, or they can use the PocketSuite’s calendar to schedule their clients as a group for class sessions.

Meanwhile, to facilitate follow-ups and to improve communication with their clients, PocketSuite offers powerful messaging functionalities. Users will be able to send text messages to their clients before and after their appointments. Interestingly, the app allows users to schedule the messages they will send out to specific clients. This functionality is used for delivering messages that are sent out regularly to clients; such as daily quotes, weekly homework, or feedback requests. These messages are automatically sent out based on the time or date that users have set.

Users will also be able to send broadcast text messages to lists of clients and customers at once. This particular messaging functionality functions like an email marketing; however, campaigns are sent out through texts. Because of this; users can send out announcements, service discounts and promotional offers, or holiday greetings to their customers.

In addition, PocketSuite allows users to create groups so their clients can interact with one another. Meanwhile, the app enables users to use a unique number and an area code of their choice. So, when they reach out to their customers, that number together with their area code is what their customers will see on the messages delivered to them. Also, users will be able to call their clients and customers using the app, and receive calls as well.

Another process that PocketSuite facilitates is the sending of invoices to clients. In invoicing their clients, users have the option to send their invoices either through email or text. If they want to send an itemized invoice that shows a breakdown of the services they rendered, expenses they incurred, and appointments or sessions they have scheduled; the app allows them to do that. However, if they want an invoice that only shows the total due amount, that is also possible.

In terms of receiving payments from their clients, PocketSuite offers users different ways of accepting payments from their clients. One option is that they can use a point-of-sale payment method, wherein they can store the credit or debit card of a client and charge it automatically. PocketSuite charges only a flat 2.5% processing fee, whatever type of card clients are using (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, etc.). Another way is that users can have the payment deposited directly into their bank account which will be processed within 1-2 business days.

PocketSuite also allows users to process payments for their services that are sold as packages. In this payment option, appointments or sessions for their services are bundled as packages. Therefore, their clients have to pay in advance before they are scheduled for appointments or sessions. Also, the app will help users track each scheduled appointment or session included to a service package.
