PROMAS is a robust property management solution designed to simplify the tasks for fee-based and investment property managers. The solution provides a web portal where tenants can easily access their accounts to make online rental payments via third-party services. The web portal allows you to track tenants and access emergency information of every tenant. In addition, the platform automatically computes security deposits interest and it can be used to make partial amounts of the security deposits.
The program is designed to support multiple checking accounts and banks, bank statements, and escrow accounting. It provides support for 1099s electronic filling and includes 200+ reports with selectable sort orders and date range. PROMAS permits tenants to pay invoices when due and helps you convert invoices from work orders and enter them into the holding file.
In addition, with PROMAS you can easily restrict user levels based on the function and not the property. It allows you to create recurring or one-time notes to tenants or owners and allocate checks to owners by percentage.
