1) Trade Show Lead Capture

Scenario: The sales team members of a global B2B tech communications company are attending a trade show to get more leads. Channel Marketing Manager, Nadia, refuses to let her team use business cards to collect attendee contact details and manually enter those leads into the company’s CRM after the show! Furthermore, using a QR code badge scanner doesn’t allow the team to qualify leads on the spot. Nadia’s team uses the QuickTapSurvey (QTS) lead capture app on several company iPads to collect attendee contact details. They lure attendees to their booth with a contest to win a free laptop. Once attendees tap the screen, they’re prompted to leave their email address for a chance to collect the prize. After the show, leads are sent an automatic email through the QTS integration with MailChimp and all contacts are automatically added to her company’s SalesForce CRM. Using QuickTapSurvey has reduced the team’s lead capture process from three weeks to three days.

2) Real-time Customer Feedback

Scenario: Adam is the restaurant manager of a takeout restaurant chain and he’s looking for the most efficient way to collect customer feedback at his six locations. Instead of sending his customers a receipt survey after they’ve visited his restaurant, which in the past resulted in a low response rate, he uses QuickTapSurvey. Adam displays a customer satisfaction survey on an Android tablet enclosed within a kiosk stand at each restaurant location. The first screen shows an image of a smoothie with the text “Please give us your feedback to get a free smoothie!” An email address is collected at the end of the survey. The survey includes a Satisfaction Rating question and every time a customer indicates they’re unhappy he receives an email alert. He then follows up with the customer personally and tries to resolve the issue. Customers who indicate they’re happy receive an automatic email asking them to leave a business review on TripAdvisor or Yelp.

3) In-Field Inspections

Scenario: Sabina is the director of quality control at a major airline and she’s responsible for ensuring all airplanes have met their safety protocols before each flight. She gets her staff to use QuickTapSurvey forms to conduct daily flight inspections and the data is stored on company iPhones. Staff check that various standards are met like equipment is working, uniforms are being followed, and food is stored properly. The offline capabilities of QTS are key, as Sabina’s staff work in areas where the internet connection is spotty. Staff also take pictures of equipment as proof of its working order and submit those images.
