PROS: Real Magnet provides a solid email marketing and marketing automation solution which provides the tools to create targeted emails and campaigns. The marketing automation setup is straightforward to use with multiple campaign options available.
CONS: I wish there was more flexibility in using templates for emails and modifying them. All templates should have access to the components and not be limited to what is offered in that template.

PROS: I like Real Magnet's ease of use. The interface to create the emails is intuitive and easy to customize. I also like having the ability to schedule my emails in advance. Even managing email lists is easier too.
CONS: I wish it would be a little easier to organize our files within Real Magnet. Switching between folders takes a few more clicks than I'd like and it's hard to sort through all the views of lists uploaded from our database.

PROS: The email creation interface is easy to use and allows for great customization in design and content placement. Once you get used to the template editor and know what to look for, the entire process is a breeze. It also helps that the support staff is responsive, timely, and polite to contact.
CONS: It has been difficult to export consistent and accurate data using this tool. It would also be nice to be able to delete posts directly from Real Magnet rather than needing to go to each individual platform. There are also certain limits to the automation tools (like A/B testing for ongoing campaigns) that would be nice to have.
