PROS: Rydoo is extremely easy to use it wouldn't take long for employees to learn how it works. The OCR scanning is very accurate in capturing the important details in receipts, saving us a lot of time. The consolidated billing is also a great way to put all business trip funds into one destination rather than having to hand it to the employee for him to manage and budget. This allows employees on business travels to focus on the work at hand and has nothing to worry about administrative processes related to their lodgings or ticket bookings.
CONS: We had encountered problems on the backup office setup but the issue is mostly on our part instead of Rydoo's. Also, it pisses me off when Rydoo automatically changes the dates just because it doesn't recognize the date format you are used to. But these are not deal-breakers.
The least favorable review
PROS: Modern visual and user interface design which makes you believe the software is good.
CONS: I tried to use Rydoo and its predecessor Xpenditure a long time for handling the company receipts. I never got it to work very well, and moved to another system. The cancellation procedure was awful, and I believe it tells a lot about the Rydoo's company culture and practices. What made the experience exceptionally bad, was that their cancellation procedure easily tricks you to to put the account into a "read-only" mode, instead of deleting it all together. Even though you get a confirmation on the screen, they don't send the confirmation by email, and will charge additional amount for the "read-only" mode. This charge is not described in a contract or terms and conditions. Their customer service or even the top management did not want to hear my complaints, and customer service rep was, in a word, impolite in their communications. Because of this, I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and I felt that I need to write this review to warn others who are considering their services.

PROS: Rydoo Expense works best with Rydoo Travel. When merged, it becomes the sole platform you will need from planning corporate travels to reporting expenses and claiming paybacks. Beyond these basic travel management functions, Rydoo allows you to view your running bill in one consolidated page. This keeps you updated on how much you have left and help you strategize on where to best put the resources you are left with.
CONS: I am very happy with the convenience it has brought to my life whenever I am on a business trip.

PROS: Rydoo is an extraordinary solution that eradicates the hassles of traveling for business. The OCR scanning is its most appealing edge. The scanning capability is always complete and precise. The automatic forwarding of expense information to our finance office is incredible and runs seamlessly. The mileage tracking and consolidated billing in one platform help Finance start earlier on accounting work.
CONS: The camera at times does not immediately recognize the details in a receipt but that's mostly because the photo was not taken as properly as could be.

PROS: Rydoo is a powerful expense tracking technology that provides positive user experience in every business trip you take on. It boasts of several useful features such as OCR scanning, consolidated and central billing interface, integration with corporate spending policies, and mileage tracking, among many others. PROS: I tried traveling with Rydoo and the experience was amazing and hassle-free! It eliminated the need to queue in hotel and ticketing lines so I got to maximize my trip on the business deal I was working on and even sneak in a little me-time. It also makes work efficient for those who organize my travels and tally my total expenses. They can generate my expense reports anywhere and even through mobile, and access the information I provide in real-time.
CONS: Information can still be lost if the app or your phone malfunctions. Inputting of certain types of information, like the dates, are not supported.

PROS: Rydoo's capability t read, record, and generate travel expense reports through receipt photographs is incredible. This enables traveling employees to provide their employers with a real-time update on their travel expenses, therefore allow them to get a timely suggestion from their bosses on how to better manage and maximize their resources. Indeed, Rydoo is an extremely fast and easy way to organize travel plans and record and report expenses. PROS: An impressive feature of Rydoo is its OCR scanning. This allows users to take photos of their receipts and invoices. It automatically reads the details of the photo-receipts and shares these to the HR or finance department. The interface is also simple, does not give me the headaches as with other platforms. While Rydoo provides comprehensive expense reports, it doesn't just bombard you with this information and gives you the option to view them when you want to. For all its features that bring convenience to every travel, Rydoo must be one of the topnotch expense tracking software in the market today.
CONS: The photo capturing can take many trials and errors as the platform has weak recognition for photos taken under low light. The mobile version can also improve further by incorporating more commands that are available in the web section.
