Veryfi is a set of powerful APIs and tools that allow unstructured documents to be transformed into easily usable structured data within a few seconds. It securely captures, extracts, categorizes, and rebuild invoices, receipts (SKUs), bills, and W2s into standardized JSON with Level 3 data using optical character recognition (OCR) APIs and Mobile SDKs. Data is also visualized in an easy-to-read format.
Mobile SDKs are used to capture data from documents and RESTful APIs allow data extraction, data processing, and more. This is great for developers and businesses interested in creating their own applications for billing, expense management, business automation, bookkeeping automation, loyalty programs, and more. Furthermore, Veryfi is powered by an AI that is pre-trained to quickly extract a variety of fields from documents such as bills, invoices, and receipts using machines End to End.

Automated Data Extraction
Veryfi has an AI-driven automatic data extraction feature that lets you abstract and collect document information by converting your images, PDF files, email, or handwritten documents into machine-encoded text using optical character recognition. The pre-trained machine model provides your document meaning and context, resulting in the formation of structured data equipped with standardized keys that can be used in any language and document. Veryfi also checks for duplicates, adds vendor information, and runs post-processing rules that you may control through the API interface.
Mobile Data Capture
Veryfi Lens, the system’s mobile app partner, is a powerful tool that handles the intricacy of pre-processing documents on a mobile device to substantially increase the quality and consistency of every data extraction.
