PROS: I love the experience of using this tool. It comes with a clean and intuitive design. The menu options and layout are easy to navigate. It is never difficult to schedule an appointment with the tool. Also, I like that I can connect Setmore with my calendar apps on my devices. What I like most about this software is that it allows me to accept client payments through credit cards.

CONS: In my case, I couldn’t think of anything to say to dislike this tool. However, my main concern will be for users who have little to no technical background or have issues with an internet connection. This software can be a bit tricky for them. Also, there’s a chance that you may send out ads messages to people who don’t want to do business with you. Remember, you won’t be making transactions through phone calls, but online.

PROS: Setmore is a fantastic tool to set appointments, and its integrations are excellent. Feels like you are using paid features on a free tool. We use the program to offer demos and freelance job requests that needs payments. Unlock the premium, and you’ll enjoy more helpful functionalities.

CONS: Since it is hosted on an external server, there are no desktop apps available. We have to launch it on a browser to make use of it. We wish they provide apps to download or something we can use offline. But overall, Setmore is great—whether you’re using the free or premium version.

PROS: Setmore is a very nice system for booking appointments. The integration with Infusionsoft is helpful in automatically importing client contacts.

CONS: The free version has issues with Infusionsoft integration. Although it allows importing contacts to Infusionsoft, the contacts are blocked from receiving welcome emails.

PROS: Setmore is an easy-to-use software that allows seamless communication among business heads, colleagues, and clients.

CONS: Setmore has to take much time to send out reminder emails to customers.

PROS: Setmore is such a versatile tool for booking appointments. It eliminates all the hard tasks that come with booking appointments as everything is done online, and clients will be the ones who will schedule their appointments for themselves. It also comes with a high level of security. Administrators can create passwords and allow only those who have access to the tool. I also appreciate the blind guest scheduling functionality, where it shows only the available times and dates in the calendar.

CONS: I don’t like that confirmed appointments of clients can’t be canceled straight away when they have to move their schedules or made errors on the process. You have to inform the office first to cancel the booked date. I wish the tool allows clients to log in and find a CANCEL button to withdraw the appointment.

PROS: We use Setmore to integrate with other online platforms, such as our website and Facebook page. We can even generate a link to redirect customers to our website from emails, trade shows, and flyers. Booking a new appointment is easy. The software offers guidelines, so we can easily navigate the interface and menu options, providing us a unique user experience and meeting the needs of our business.

CONS: I wish Setmore can be more flexible when it comes to providing customizing options. Yes, it offers customization functionality for the data and layout of calendars, but I wish they can be more personalized.

PROS: Setmore is easy to setup. It is also easy to use and can be integrated with your website. All you have to do is to sign in, and from there, you will learn what to do next through labels and menu options provided. The fact that it’s hosted on an external server makes the scheduling much easier and more convenient. It has a feature that allows adding new appointment dates. It even provides alerts whenever I receive new appointment updates.

CONS: You have to be more innovative enough when making a considerable amount of modifications. Making massive changes can be a daunting task. Also, I think its price can be a bit expensive compared to other software of its kind.

PROS: Setmore makes scheduling appointments easier and more convenient than ever. I like that it provides clients an email confirmation when the appointment is done, and from there, they can either move the date or cancel the appointment. It also includes appointment reminders through text and email. The pricing models are good, and the reporting feature saves us a lot of time.

CONS: Setting up group sessions is available but can’t be rescheduled or canceled through email. No text or email reminder is even available for this kind of appointment. In the email, no contact info is available; it only shows the admin email and not the email of the personal service provider. This means a service provider won’t receive the clients’ feedback when they have concerns.

PROS: I love how easy to use this tool is. Booking appointments is easier with it, and it comes with alert features, so I get reminded of appointment updates from time to time.

CONS: This is not a dislike, but I wish they will add a feature to allow editing text reminders sent to recipients and allow those recipients to acknowledge appointments through replies.

PROS: Setmore comes with a great user interface, and it is easy to use. The tool easily syncs with my calendar tool and keeps everything organized. Booking appointments are error-free, and processing the payments is secure with Stripe. I also like that it comes with a mobile app that I can use anywhere so that I can stay on top of everything. I can also give clients appointment reminders through text notifications. The software also sends out email notifications to account owners so they will be updated about the account activity.

CONS: Multiple appointments cannot be booked at the same time. I also need to check my account numerous times to make sure the update reflects when I sync the calendar. I also need more options to customize calendar designs and layouts.

PROS: Setmore is an all-in-one tool for our company. We use it to book appointments and services and schedule employees and payments.

CONS: I love everything about Setmore. It has all the features I need for the business process.

PROS: Setmore is easy to set up and easy to use. It can be integrated with our website and social media page. Its interface is easy to understand. I also appreciate the customer support as they are very responsive and quick whenever we have questions. Our clients even appreciate this tool we’re using in booking appointments.

CONS: Setmore comes with a feature that allows viewing of one member’s weekly schedule—and it’s limiting on that. I wish the tool could also allow a weekly view of all our staff and see everyone’s schedule on a single page.

PROS: Setmore allows us to get more bookings and prevent the possibility of double-scheduling. This is made possible because the tool allows us to create a private calendar and provide access to the ones setting appointments. Setmore also enables us to offer clients the options to choose a service or provider. Lastly, the tool allows us to add some information in their scheduling script, which is good to avoid conflicts or other problems.

CONS: The only thing that I dislike about this tool is that it doesn’t provide notifications when two clients have the same appointment time-slot on their cart. After setting one's appointment and taking the time-slot, I then found out that the other client wants to take that time-slot too, which I earlier claimed available for him/her.

PROS: Setmore has an intuitive interface that makes the booking process much easier and more fun. Its menu options and settings are properly placed and come with clear instructions. The tool also lets us create a hosted scheduling page that is easy to understand —no technical background required. What’s more exciting is we can also integrate the calendar into our website to make things much easier for our clients and us.

CONS: I have everything I need on this tool, but it would be nice if they will adjust the entire design to match our unique needs or a particular event. The pricing models seem okay, but its premium version looks a bit expensive compared to other tools of its kind.
