PROS: For one user it is FREE! I have also gone back and forth with the owner many times with questions etc, and it has always been timely and effective. Highly recommend it! Clean interface, clients like the dashboard and interface, reporting is excellent, and can't beat the price.
CONS: I have not found anything that is something that needs to work better yet...
