Shiftboard Review

PROS: This app made everything convenient for me with one less thing to worry about! I no longer have to constantly check my schedule because I get reminded about it automatically.

CONS: You have to configure the settings on the app once again when you change your device. I hope the settings are linked with the account, not with the app.

PROS: The app allows you to check the schedule of everyone on the team. It plots everything into a single calendar, which makes it easier for one to select their own shift schedule.

CONS: I hope it allows the printing of detailed schedules.

PROS: I love that it can be accessed through any device. It's so convenient.

CONS: I hope there's a way to select which users are notified about a certain shift. Of course, team leaders have to be notified/reminded of their members' schedules.

PROS: It's a straightforward app that I find really useful in our operations! My teammates and I can now login wherever we are (since we're always doing work outside the office). We no longer have to go to the office to clock in and go back out again.

CONS: I hope they would improve the design of the interface. It's not that visually appealing, at least for me.

PROS: This is an all-in-one and centralized software that makes the job of HR admins like me so much easier. Scheduling shifts can be done in a breeze while just using a single software.

CONS: It's difficult to use at first especially the custom reporting. Adding fields is a bit tricky.

PROS: The best part of Shiftboard is its ability to detect our employees' schedules made in a different app, therefore, eliminating potential schedule conflicts. The bulk change function that allows users to change multiple activities in a few clicks is just one of my favorites!

CONS: The file box can still be improved by making it easier for users to copy the link of the files to the shift section.

PROS: This platform made everything easier -- employee management, shift scheduling and coordinating these schedules among the teams.

CONS: There is a limit on the number of users that can have administrative privileges.

PROS: Shiftboard significantly helped us in managing more than 500 workers. We can effectively manage their profiles and schedules now using single software. It definitely eliminates scheduling errors and conflicts. I also commend Shiftboard's amazing customer service!

CONS: Some parts of Shiftboard are not customizable which is not really helpful for backend users.

PROS: I love Shiftboard's functions and features! It allows me to create my own schedule and track my shifts. It eliminates confusion and schedule conflicts because it sends out confirmation and reminders of your shifts. You can also trade your shift with your teammate using the Tradeboard feature.

CONS: The reminder email is super-advanced, most of the time 3 days advanced. While it's a good thing especially if you're planning something else, it's better if there's also a reminder 24 hours prior to the shift. That way one can never forget!

PROS: I'm a remote worker and Shiftboard has helped me a lot in keeping track of my shifts and recording my work hours.

CONS: I used to hate it when there are no other timezones available in the app, but it's now fixed, so I have no complaints now!

PROS: This software allows me to manage my staff and job applicants and see their information in just a few clicks.

CONS: I wish there's a better search filter so I could search for employees based on their location.

PROS: Shiftboard makes it easier for me to track my schedule. It allows you to change your schedule and trade it for another shift. You can easily do it, without going through the hassle of communicating with too many people.

CONS: A "shift" in this app is 30 minutes long, so it's a bit laborious to schedule long hours. To schedule a shift, you have to undergo the process of selecting, confirming, and reserving. So if 1 shift is equal to 30 minutes, I have to undergo the process 6 times, if I want to do a 3-hours shift.

PROS: I mainly use this app to manage our volunteers' schedules most especially during preparation for huge events. The app is super easy and convenient to use for both admin and staff.

CONS: The user interface can still be improved and make it more user-friendly and visually appealing.
