Online venue booking

Skedda helps you manage online bookings and reservations for the rooms, studios, courts, and spaces at your venue. It lets your customers make their own bookings in a self-service manner. This allows them to have total control over the creation and cancellation of bookings while adhering to the rules and policies you put in place for each of your venues.

User management

A prominent feature of Skedda is its user management functionality. As an admin, you can customize user tags and grant them to different users. This way, you can choose who can book and who can be exempted from online payments. You can also control bookings on behalf of users, enabling you to create, edit, and remove booked spaces as necessary.

Booking activity feed

Skedda also comes with a booking activity feed that gives you a complete overview of all booking actions made by users, such as when they create, change, or cancel a booking. In the free Core plan, you can view activities made in the last 24 hour hours, while in the Pro Pack plan, you can access all the booking activities made in the last 90 days.

Rules and policy setup

Skedda allows you to add venue rules and conditions beforehand, enabling you to open self-service bookings for your customers. By automatically applying these rules and policies, you can ensure that each customer can adhere to them before they can proceed with their booking. For instance, you can create sharing rules for your venue, or you can create pricing conditions with variable and fixed-rate options.

Mobile-friendly booking app

As a web-based solution, Skedda is accessible from any device, and it has a mobile-optimized app that lets you manage venue bookings on the go. The app is white-labeled, which means it can show your venue’s name instead of “Skedda” when your customers decide to install the application. This way, your customers can create, change, or cancel bookings straight from their phones or tablets.

Fast payment processing

Skedda provides an online payment system that enables customers to process payments faster. The platform is an official partner of the payment gateway Stripe, making it easier for you to manage and accept online payments. Skedda also ensures that all sensitive payment information is held securely by Stripe. In addition, Skedda offers your customers two payment methods, the “Upfront” approach and the “Book Now, Pay Later.”
